The order took 1 hour and 45 minutes, and system show delivered after 35 minutes, no phone answered, no one call to ask, robot service, can't call driver to track order, actually I was left with no minimum info other than sorry! Simply very poor
Places cancel your order without telling you and just give you credit also an order could take hours since it keeps adding time to your wait time so you never know when you are going to eat very bad service
By far the best in the GCC! They have quality restaurants and their app is amazing to use! The customer service staff is beyond supportive and very polite! Found in Kuwait, I honestly believe that Talabat.com is the best so far for Online Food Ordering.
It was the first time to order from talabat. At the beginning I had some doubts specially when trying to call the restaurant but no answer then I ordered using talabat. I made a chat with the customer service who was really fast in response. The order came on time. Really really I like the service. Thanks talabat and keep it up
My order number ******* was not deliver to me, i complain to times but only telling they will action emediatly, at the end the said order was delivered already, which is i never received, until now no body call for update, it was already paid online!, they even said they will give voucher for compensition but still no have!
Its been late. Too late. And they are offering me AED8. I told the agent, I dont need your AED8, I am not a beggar. But he still credited it to my account. This is humiliating.

Ordered food from Hardees, outbof 4 items only one was delivery. When we asked for balance items, asked to reorder and pay again for delivery.

Wish I could give them minus points. Tried ordering from a restaurant from which I previously ordered and it says selected area is not accurate. After chatting with Talabat customer service staff he says the restaurant doesn't deliver at your location when the restaurant still shows that it does deliver at my location before I could say anything else the chat was logged off. The food when it's delivered takes around 90 mins easily.my suggestion would be to stop using this app as it's not professional like uber eats in certain countries. I tried Talabat in Qatar btw where there are hardly other food delivery apps unfortunately. However, I will be trying the app Carriage heard its better than Talabat. Save yourselves the horror guys and don't order from this app.
Online staff is very incompetent. They don't have willingness to retain customer at all. NAWAZ T did not put any efforts to talk to customer and resolve issue. Very disappointed services, for a order need to wait more than an hour there's no response from the customer service. Wasting of our time and food will get cold So please don't cheat the people if u can't keep the promises before you giving. I will never choose through talabat next time.
I am from India but i can proudly say that Indian call centers and Agents are more educated and professional than your team.

There was a delivery guy named USMAN who is really misbehaved with me, and very rude. He is not supposed to work in customer service if he doesn't know how to respect with customers. This was the first time I experienced this kind of person in your company. On phone he's telling me that I am mad and I'm joking with him, because I just mistaken mention to my adress a wrong number of floor. I know he's tired or whatever so but still he need to be respectful. Sadly I didn't take a photo of him so I can show all over the website his face. (so please be careful to this person, I had attached the number here.)
This food service company is one of the worst to deal with. Long wait times, cancelled orders you name it they do it. They never cease to amaze you with different ways to ruin and worsen your day. It's been my pleasure to rate them at 1 star and if there was zeros stars, they would win that category in a heartbeat.
Talabat's own delivery service in Muscat is extremely poor. For example, today I ordered from McDonald's. The driver called me and then disappeared. I called customer service 5 times. Every time they have same reply "Our concerned department will follow up with you". The 'concerned department' does not care. I have stopped using Talabat after several terrible experiences.
I emailed about what happened and talabat replied 5 to 7 working days they will refund the money but after 1 month no refund at all. Every week I keep on following up but no one is replying. Very easy to debit but it takes too much time to credit the amount. Even phone number they doesn't have for faster transaction. I already called my bank and gave me the authentication code which I reported also to talabat but nothing happen.
I used to order through Talabat a lot. But honestly your customer "don't care" service is just... unbelievable... Waiting for food 2,5 hours no reply from the Sms tracking system. When you call to a land line it just goes down. And that "smart" robotic online answer system just drives me crazy! You just made me to delete my account with Talabat permanently, bravo!
I've had theme worst experience with talabat delivery especially with sushi delivery that supposed to be carefully handled, couldn't eat them out of their messy and unorganized way of delivering food, switching to a different company is the best decision
Pray nothing goes wrong with your order. No means of contacting them available. No live chat/No number, nothing. They've probably removed it due to the volume of issues and their customer care being overwhelmed.
