Honesty... 45 minutes and 3 mental breakdowns later we finally ordered food! It's like a bloody war. They don't even tell you that the restaurant is busy till you enter credit info and the address. It's like they want to waste your time. Bloody awful. Don't use talabat till someone fixes it.
I've ordered yesterday and didn't receive my order till now, I made a complaint and no one got back to me! I spoke to the customer service who was very rude and end the chat without even saying sorry, or helping me getting me order.
In which century we should wait for a food order for days?!
This is the second time that I'm ordering and waiting more than 1 hr 45 mins for a pizza order although the time was 45 to 60 mins and all I get is apologies... I've always tried online food orders and this was the worst ever! Won't recommend it to anyone and sure won't order through talabat again. At least show some respect to new customers!
The ordered Meal didn't turn up for more than 2hrs. I called the assigned rider Mr. MD to check the delivery status, he not only spoke rudely but said he will not deliver the food and suggested that I cancel the order and re-order it so it will be assigned to another rider. I requested him to deliver the food as I have kids waiting and also a Diabetic patient at home, but all in vain!
Sent several emails to Talabat but no response; there is no contact number to reach them! Even the rider said mentioned that they too can't reach Talabat directly but only through an app!
My account was hacked last night, only realize because my card issuer ask for the opt code.
I had to cancel my card and than informed talabat who was supposed to send me an email with instructions. They probably send it to the email which the hacker put in my account. Nightmare
Talabat is one of the lowest class services you can experience in Dubai! Delivery with 3 hours delay, Drivers take your money never come back with change, Customer Service absolutely worst quality chatgpt answers no real help!

Hands down the absolute worst delivery experience of my life... 2.5hrs after ordering and paying... still no food! Do not use this company for delivery therr are so many others in Dubai that are far better
Worst ever service! Should try to order from the restaurant directly. Never go through Talabat. Horrible experience! Ordered food at 7.50 pm and it was dispatched by the restaurant immediately but the Takabat guy hasn't come here till now that is 9.33 pm. All of us are hungry and waiting. Kids are crying. Ridiculous!
Always a delay or problem. Drivers get blamed for everything or are always lost and the help center takes atleast 30 minutes in the live chat and you'll end up coming up with your own solution for the issue anyway.
If any other food delivery service existed here in Qatar, talabat could be finally be finished and we can have lunch when we order it without worrying about the poor driver getting deported over a sandwich or listening to him complain about the km when the app glitches and gives the incorrect delivery location, leaving us waiting for 2 hours for food to arrive and missing the lunch break time completely.
Very bad experience, i place an oder and it's been like 1 hour and more but never receive my order it always say 2 minutes on the apps. I call the rider many times, never pick up my calls. And i call the cutomer service to help me resolves the issue but did not provide a good help. I won't order using this apps anymore.
Ordered from Talabat, after I put in my credit card, it says there's unavailable item and order didn't push through! It lead me to a new order automatically then it was successful, then 2 riders came with the same order and same amount! I chat with talabat they said they can't do anything! I said take the extra order and refund our money! The item is waiting here! They promise they will call me back and never heard from them! Really really worst of the worst! Awful!
I have ordered many times from this app and never had any issues. Unfortunately, I ordered two different takeaways on one evening, but got charged 4 times for 2 orders. I sent over my bank statement to customer services which clearly shows 4 charges for 2 orders and they are refusing to give me a refund for the overcharging. They have robbed me of my money (which would be very easy for them to see on their system that they've overcharged) but instead of refunding me, I have received patronising emails. Awful awful company. Do not use them or you'll be scammed.
I am a regular customer of Talabat the last one year their service has been good. But the last two consecutive deliveries have been a horrible experience. I order food at 8.09 pm it is now 9.31 pm and yet to receive my order and I am informed that it will take 20 more minutes to get my food. Most horrible experience. Also to blame is Al Baghal restaurant who were excruciatingly slow on the delivery. While ordering the app said 39 mins but actually it has taken 1 hr and 40 mins. I would give -2 stars if it was possible.

Saying sorry for a mistake they have done is less costly than acting mucho and arrogant with your client. When you commit to deliver in 60 minutes and less, 70 minutes is by human standard the most $#*!ed delivery services we have ever heard about, Just say sorry.
First, order did not came and it was card payment but no refund. Second, ordered paid by card again, showing amount deducted but ordered or transaction is not showing but they are unable to find the reason why. A very really worst service. Once is acceptable but for second time its not acceptable at all!.
After my night shift I order breakfast. Delivery person called me ask for my location I eaven share my location its already there in app. But with out delivering food in there application it's showing delivered but I don't get any items. I contacted customer service but they are believing there delivery guy not even considering customer concerns. AL last l lost money, I didn't get the food more over I lost my sleep.
Worst company service. Had many issues we couldn't contact them to solve it because they don't have customer service. Many times order comes misplaced. 2 times driver didn't come, not well trained to reach the locations. I removed my account because it's not as expected. There's many other companies in dubai more professional then them.
Actually Talabat is not reliable at all in food outlets on their app. They hide bad reviews and over rate my outlets. Do not be fooled by their reviews.
It took me almost 30 to 40 minutes to make the application take my order. Finally managed to order and now after reading the reviews of other I am keeping my fingers crossed for the delivery to done accurately. I am sad that Zomato deliveries are also going to be via Talabat..
