TALABAT delivery Subway order 15May23 no seal sticker on sandwiches very annoyed & disappointed Usually they seal their sandwiches Tried speaking to customer service the lady agreed but was not the branch O ordered from as different franchises BTW they didn't attach my receipt so am attaching TALABAT order no

Collection of my order but the staff refused to acknowledge my presence
Waited about 15 to 20 mins tried again no regard still and I saw from entering my order is ready
Then the staff rudely waved his hand to acknowledge me and asked my order which was the same waiting there
He did not bother to accept he was rude even after trying to reason with him and this is unacceptable as customers have a right to decent treatment and service let alone after long hours at work and drive to collect dinner
Wonder why this treatment?

I'm very pleased today indeed. Thank you- the food was good and delivery time exceptionally fast thank you for helping us avoid driving and courteous behaviour by delivery person merci
