I've used Swappa twice - once to sell and once to buy a phone. The experience has been great. Swappa is a professional, responsive site. I feel like the sellers and buyers do a good job of representing products well.

It could not have been better, joined, and a few days later got a mint condition phone for about 1/2 price compared to the cell provider. It was indeed in mint condition and works great. Activated and enjoying it. The manager at the Sprint wanted to know where I got it, thought it was brand new. I told him and he never heard of Swappa but went to the site while I was there and was very interested.

Great experience, seller was responsive, shipped quickly, he even paid for 2 day shipping/insured! He also included a case, screen protector, USB type c fast car charger and another cable.

I've purchased 3 devices via Swappa now and it's a great process. They require full information on devices and even have a post sale process to verify that the item is as described. They have great information on their site about how to verify functionality and ability to activate the device. Overall just a great place to find electronics for a lower than new price.

I've never bought a used phone before, so I was wary about whether the phone would be in good condition. I need not have worried. The phone was perfect - like new.

Every time I have used Swappa the items have been exactly as advertised, shipped in a quick fashion, and have been less expensive than alternative websites.

I bought many phones on swappa and never had troubles. I was however a bit hesitant about buying Samsung because of all the clones going around. I was burned once before on ebay. Needless to say this transaction went just as they all should and I was confident swappa would have been a good intermediary in case something went sour.

Swappa is a very easy to use site and I am very pleased with my purchase using their site. I bought a used Samsung Galaxy S5 phone and everything was sent as advertised and very promptly. The site allowed for easy communication between me and the seller and has a handy checklist to make sure the device is working properly which I used. I couldn't be happier, thank you!

I like the methodology of the website. I feel you have a much better understanding of your choices; and the Swappa staff seems committed to the concept. And the result from my viewpoint was perfect.

Everything went exactly like described. Always a little sketched out by websites like this but both the website and seller held true! Will definitely look to come back!

It's great being able to go to a website and buy a phone that has been reviewed by the swappa staff to ensure it has a clean imei, not on a lease program and that the picture of the phones is the device you will relieve. This was my frost time buying from them and will do so again very soon! Thank you swappa for help taking the guess work out of buying devices!

This is my first time using swappa and it went great! It was easy and fast to buy the phone I wanted and I got it within the next week! Will be going here again when I want to buy another phone again!
