This is my 5th or 6th phone I have purchased from Swappa. It's great that they define the conditions. Most people adhere to the standard, so you know what you are getting. All my phones have arrived in better condition than I expected.

I use Ebay a lot and still will, but for buying a used phone, Swappa was much easier. Phone condition was accurate and price always includes shipping. The seller is obligated by Swappa to mail within 2 business days or they will follow up. Super hassle free.

I'm hesitant to make big purchases on used electronics online - bad experiences on E-bay a few times. Refreshing to make a purchase and have it come through as promised. Reasonable insurance available too. Obviously every purchase can be different - first impression has made me a returning customer.
