I'm new to Swappa (and have only bought and not sold). I picked up two lightly used items on Swappa - an iPhone SE 2020 and a PS4 Slim. Both were sent promptly, and although I didn't have a ton of seller interaction, I got tracking numbers, they came in the expected timeframe, the sellers packed them nicely, etc. The prices were also very good and it seems like Swappa is pretty reasonable in terms of their fee/cut. It will definitely be a fixture in how I buy things from the categories they sell in, in the future.

Got a 2015 MacBook Pro Retina 13". Opened to clean the fan as it was a 6 year old machine. Found thermal paste all over GPU and a broken battery connector which might prevent any future service or SSD upgrade. Other issues that show that a very sloppy service had been done which makes the computer unreliable. The seller was aware of the issues. There are no options like on other sites to request a return. The site is super slow also. Bought multiple computers on that other auction site (you know which) and never had problems.

It was extremely easy to list my item for sale, they gave recommendations on pricing based off what had sold on their site recently, and they use secure payment through PayPal. Once listed, I was given the option to also offer a local meet up for the transaction, and Swappa provides a list of secure meeting sites. Overall, I'd highly recommend using this site to sell any electronic.
Spening $5 more to have Swappa in the mix to help solve any issues - and to verify sellers are legit - is to me a no-brainer.
