I just finished purchasing an LG v10 on Swappa. It arrived quickly, well packaged and exactly as described (mint condition). Swappa is extremely easy to use and their support is prompt.

I was looking for an LG V10 android smartphone. They are hard to find used and in excellent condition; its a newer release. E-Bay's prices were a bit too high, and I had lost a couple during auction. E-Bay's "buy it now" prices were steep. I really wanted the phone and found it on Swappa at a very competitive price. While the phone only came with battery and charger, I did not need the rest of the accessories. The phone was mint, activated easily, packaging was excellent, and I am one happy buyer. I will visit Swappa again in the future.

At first, I was very skeptical buying from this site because I wasn't sure if I would actually get a good quality phone. However, they are very thorough and make sure all information is accurate and all phones are presented correctly in pictures and in their postings. They keep track of all phones and users, so it feels very personal and it feels like I'm doing business with a security guard watching it happen. I felt safe and comfortable and I would definitely buy another phone from this site!

I have bought 2 phones and sold 1 phone using Swappa. Have had great experience every time. The phones are lightly used in some cases but clearly stated in the sellers description if necessary. Last phone I bought was in great condition. The best part is the prices for the phones can't be beat. I've tried using Craigslist, Ebay, Gazelle, etc. and none are as easy and offer the fair prices I've seen on Swappa. Just posted another phone for sale today. Very easy! I also recommended to my friends and they are just as surprised at how easy and inexpensively you can get the phones.

Again, and again, Swappa has proven to be a place where I can get inexpensive smartphones without worrying that the device will come with a bad ESN, or that the seller will take my money and run. This time included. I needed a development smartphone, so I hit the buy button, and got it in two days. No need to worry about any of the aforementioned problems, because the staff is always there, and always ready to help if there is a problem. 10/10 would recommend Swappa.

So glad I found Swappa! I was in need of a new iPhone after my old one took a swim. Not wanting to change my current phone plan I knew I needed to purchase a used phone. Ebay & Craigslist were costly, confusing, and just didn't feel safe. Luckily I came across Swappa and was able to find exactly what I was looking for and for an incredible value. The website is extremely user-friendly and my transaction went even smoother than expected. I bought a mint condition iphone 6 (it had zero signs of wear) for a couple hundred dollars cheaper than I could find it anywhere else. I definitely intend to use Swappa again in the future - as well as recommend to everyone else!

I'm very pleased with the professionalism of the site staff. Communication was great. The transaction was very simple. I would definitely use Swappa again in the future.

This purchase, like my previous one, was easy, fast and hassle free. The phones were shipped in a timely manner and included a tracking number for my reference. Upon arrival the phones and accessories were as described (some things even better). My only regret is that I did not find this site sooner.
