I have made several purchases from Swap and have been very happy with all of them. Descriptions are accurate and if their is an issue, the Swap team takes care of it quickly and efficiently.

I discovered Swap last spring when I became pregnant. I was annoyed by how much retailers mark up maternity clothes. When I got my first shipment from Swap, I was BEYOND THRILLED. I saved SOOOO much money and still had a large, fashionable maternity wardrobe! My baby is 6 months old now and I am still shopping at Swap... for both her and myself! I am a Swapper for Life!
Swap.com is a wonderful way to purchase baby and children's clothing on a budget. I just recently got a $69 dress from Nordstrom for $12 and it was new with tags. No that is the way to shop!
The clothing is like new, and I will buy all future clothes from that site!

I have been using swap for three years now. I get most of my items for my kids off of swap and have made almost $700 from personal consignment. I have spent about $420 on swap. I always look forward to my monthly sales and it helps balance out buying clothing and shoes for my family. I loved all the items I have purchased and look forward to shopping there as well.The quality I was always pleased with but since constant recent changes and growth, service has really gone downhill and it's hard to even get a box excepted. Most of my items that were excepted even if they are brand new have been listed as in fair condition. I had something break in my box and instead of reporting poor shipping to fed ex and resolving it in that way, my box was not excepted and I was not notified why until I inquired. And now i am expected to pay for shipping back to myself and they won't even go through the box. Also my box was listed as too large which was not the case. It's just a battle now to get anything consigned there and I am considering not using their services any longer... Very bummed about this decision I am facing as I have really enjoyed this company until recently. Customer service is a battle now as well when it was so easy before. Very unfortunate.
I PLACED AN ORDER IN FEBRUARY 2016 WHICH WAS MY FIRST TIME. I BUY TOYS FOR THE CHRISTMAS TOY SHOP IN FLORIDA ALL DURING THE YEAR. I WAS SO HAPPY WITH THE ITEMS THAT I RECEIVED. THEY WERE EVERYTHING THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE AND IN GREAT SHAPE. I WILL CONTINUE TO ORDER ITEMS FROM THIS SITE.

Answer: I have only placed one order so far. I ordered 10 blouses. I returned 5, due to size issues. All 10 blouses were nice, but 5 did not fit quite right due to different manufacturer's. You need to get an RMA # for returns. I was promptly refunded my money for the 5 blouses. I would order again in the future. I am not aware of any return quantity restrictions. Hope this helps.
Answer: If you want to sell clothes, all the information is on their website. Basically, they get a percentage and then they pay you thru an existing PayPal account that you set up.

Answer: Same here, I sent a box in June and have received nothing nothing saying it was accepted or rejected absolutely nothing. I've sent 5 emails and nothing. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well.
Answer: I don't think so. I've sold and from my experience it varies. The things that I thought would sell first, haven't sold yet. It varies by what people are looking for at the time. I've bought all different seasons at random times. I buy by what's a great deal. When selling, group like items together. I've noticed multiple things sell first.

Answer: There's no way for them to go over prices. They have to see the items and determine from going over it, if it's acceptable, once it's accepted, then you have to determine the price you want to sell it for. You could try searching on their site for similar items and see what they are priced at. I did notice when pricing my items that I'd get a little notice with recommended prices, which was very helpful. I didn't have a good experience selling but many others have. Make sure you take pictures of your items, that's very important. I appreciated that their site is set up to allow you to take back your items if you changed your mind about selling them. I'm in the process of getting back my items. Hopefully it works out well and I get all my items back.
