Just ordered for the first time from this site and it went great. I ordered some flare jeans for my daughter and they arrived quickly, were in great condition and smelled freshly laundered. I will order from here again and begin to sell here as well.

My goodness I love... I mean looovvveee this site. I'm a mother to a beautiful boy. I was worried about finding nice clothes for him. This site gives me the opportunity to dress him so nice without paying an arm and a leg. I ALWAYS get compliments. I dress him in Ralph Lauren button up shirts and pants because of this site. Thank you so much. I'm actually addicted now. Need rehab lol.
I bought my son clothing that goes in major stores for 50 bucks. I got it on SWAP for 10 bucks. The clothing arrived in 5 days and was in great condition. There site was easy to use and there was no shipping fee. I will never get my sons' clothing from any where else.
I have been using the swap.com site for quite a while now. There is a great selection of items, sizes and prices. They have items for women, kids, and men... they also carry toys, books, movies and more. I sent in items in to sell and have done pretty well. I have been happy with most of the items I've bought, but if there is any dissatisfaction, they are quick to take care of the problem. Shipping is quick and easy. I recommend it highly!
I was looking for animal hats for my son and found so many that I was looking for! Love them all and for the price I was more then satisfied. The ONLY reason I did 4 out of 5 is because all the sizes were not what they should have been but I still love them all. Highly recommend to anyone and will buy from swap.com again! Glad I came across the website. Shipping was even fast and free!
I have been satisfied with every one of my purchases. I love buying items for my grandbabies here. The items always surpass my expectations and are in excellent condition, like new. Great place to get high end items for a low price.

It seems like a good site for buyers but a total rip off for sellers. They don't seem to know anything about clothes. One shirt I sent in was put on the mannequin backwards, one dress was only half on the mannequin. All of the clothes I sent were a size small but some were listed as large or extra large. I sent in about $300 worth of clothes and I made $1.60 after fees and everything. You will most likely lose money after paying their shipping fees.
I love this website consignment store. I've ordered so many pretty blouses, shirts, and sweaters from swap.com. My orders have always arrived very fast, and when I have had to return something, they make it so easy, and with no hassle! Love, love, love this online store! :)
I've sold and bought through SWAP.com and it has been great! So easy to send in items to consign with their prepaid labels. Items have sold well and much more quickly than I expected. I find lots of great deals on here and never disappointed when it comes to what I receive. You can't beat the free shipping when you spend over $50... now for the selling part... I'm a little disappointed. It took about 2 months before my items were ready to be priced. I was reimbursed for the shipping fees for sending my clothes because of the delay. However, many of the clothes that were deemed not "sellable" were in good condition when I sent them. They all had a similar black mark on them. I know that I would've never sent in the clothes in the condition that they were returned to me. Even so, about 75% of my clothes were accepted but only about 10% have sold. They are slowly selling.
Swap is my new favorite place to shop! Lauren has to be the best customer service manager ever! This is the only place that I will buy my clothes from now on. Thank you ever so much Lauren and Swap.com!
Everything that I have purchased has surprised me by being even nicer than the pictures could show. I shopped the first time for clothes for me and this time a load for my granddaughter. Definitely will be a frequent shopper.
This greedy company has gone down hill fast! DO NOT send items to them to sell! You will be soooo very disappointed! You are charged $11.90 and up per box to ship, $10 surcharge per box and they offer you 10 cents per item to sure sell. The only one making money is swap! This is a scam! Beware!
My granddaughter and I shopped on Swap.com for her to wear to camp this summer. She is 9 and enjoyed filling the cart. The order was around 85.00 for 26 items. I placed it through my Pay Pal account. 2 days later I received an email saying Pay Pal had a problem. I had just used Pay Pay for a purchase the prior week and it went through fine.
Of course all of the items she chose did not remain in the shopping cart so we started the process again. I placed the order and tried to use my debit card and that did not work so I called customer service and she said she could see the items in my cart but could not place my order over the phone. Since the cart was empty I was not going to go through choosing items again. I told her I had been a customer for way over 5 years. That did not seem to matter to her. I will never shop there again.

I have loved the outfits we have bought so far. They have been in great condition. However, if you search for 6 month clothes, pay attention to the descriptions once you select an item. 6 months can mean both 3-6 month and 6-9 month. I bought 3 dresses thinking they would all be 3-6 minth, but 2 were not. One was 6-9 month and the other 6-12 month.
I ordered from swap.com a few years ago for my daughter, Great experience. I ordered recently for my husband (a bunch of Ralph Lauren polos), I usually check reviews BEFORE ordering but due to my great experience before, I didn't check until sometime after I had already placed my order. Whew, All of these bad reviews had me nervous! I ordered on 3. 4. 22 and received my order on 3. 18. 22, The site says they're experiencing shipping delays so I honestly wasn't even expecting it to be just 2 weeks. Now about the items, Every single shirt is in PERFECT condition and saved me tons of money! Especially with the 40% off referral! Both times I have received all of my items (in amazing condition) and in a timely manner! I would definitely shop swap.com over and over again! Not a fake review lol!
People who shop thrift stores usually do because they have very little money. Having to spend $60 for free shipping seems way to much for a thrift store. Even Walmart doesnt charge that much on new items for shipping. Maybe this store just uses the word thrifty because the stuffs used?
Swap.com advertises that you are able to swap your items with other consigners. They have not allowed this for 9 months so far! How can they call themselves Swap.com if you're not allowed to Swap? Especially since the entire premise of Swap.com was THE SWAP! Its consumer fraud at this point. You used to be able to make money on this site... Not anymore. I won't send my items again.
Answer: I have only placed one order so far. I ordered 10 blouses. I returned 5, due to size issues. All 10 blouses were nice, but 5 did not fit quite right due to different manufacturer's. You need to get an RMA # for returns. I was promptly refunded my money for the 5 blouses. I would order again in the future. I am not aware of any return quantity restrictions. Hope this helps.
Answer: If you want to sell clothes, all the information is on their website. Basically, they get a percentage and then they pay you thru an existing PayPal account that you set up.

Answer: Same here, I sent a box in June and have received nothing nothing saying it was accepted or rejected absolutely nothing. I've sent 5 emails and nothing. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well.
Answer: I don't think so. I've sold and from my experience it varies. The things that I thought would sell first, haven't sold yet. It varies by what people are looking for at the time. I've bought all different seasons at random times. I buy by what's a great deal. When selling, group like items together. I've noticed multiple things sell first.

Answer: There's no way for them to go over prices. They have to see the items and determine from going over it, if it's acceptable, once it's accepted, then you have to determine the price you want to sell it for. You could try searching on their site for similar items and see what they are priced at. I did notice when pricing my items that I'd get a little notice with recommended prices, which was very helpful. I didn't have a good experience selling but many others have. Make sure you take pictures of your items, that's very important. I appreciated that their site is set up to allow you to take back your items if you changed your mind about selling them. I'm in the process of getting back my items. Hopefully it works out well and I get all my items back.
