I just received my order from Swap.com and was very surprised that my item was a brand new, neatly folded and packed. For such a low price I paid it was such a great satisfaction! And the jacket fit perfectly! Definitely will be shopping more at Swap.com. I appreciate buying great quality clothes at bargain prices!

I have such a bad time with this website. First I add items and it's either disappear or swaps to something else. Now I ordered 2 sweaters and 1 jacket and 1 pair of shoes. My order shows complete different items after I paid! This is so weard! I am so unhappy! I will never order from this site again.

In a short time I have ordered several items from Swap.com and each have arrived as promised. The only issue I have had is the that the material on the 'jeans' I have ordered was described as 'fall-winter-spring-summer' and really they are only 3 season pants. They have a slightly heavier weight than regular jeans. However, I am pleased with the quality of all articles! I would recommend Swap.com to anyone wanting to save on clothing!
Be careful what you buy. I ordered four pair of pants and a skirt. Three pairs of pants and the skirt were sizes that were radically different from the size listed on the website. It would be great if they had better quality control. I brought this up to a customer service rep on chat and after apologizing for the sizes being wrong she ended the chat (the chat equivalent of hanging up on a call). I will say that I've liked the items I got that were sized/labelled/described correctly. The prices are good as is the quality of the items. If they could just fix that sizing hiccup swap.com would be fantastic.
I sent my items to sell and some items that they sent back because it didn't meet the criteria were missing!
I sent in Thomas the tank engine wooden rail set with 3 trains and it didn't meet
They criteria (it had some crayon marks on the rails) so I requested them to be sent back.
I got the package back but all the trains were missing.
I don't see them on my selling item either and don't know what happened to them.
They are worth more than $60 new and were in great condition.
I would never ever sell or buy from this website!
I've been using Swap.com for a few months now. I've had only good experiences with their merchandise and customer service. The children's books and clothes are a great value. I've been pleased with most of the women's clothing I've ordered as well.
Returns are easy too with quick refunds.
They will now price the items you send to them. I sent them a very expensive skirt and they sold it for $12! If they had informed me of the policy change I would have told them to ship all of my items back. DO NOT send them anything to sell unless you don't care how much you receive for your items.
Swap.com has quality products and great shipping. I must say that the customer service at swap. Com is the BEST EVER! I am totally satisfied and I am a loyal customer! I was not given any incentives for a positive response, I just always had great experiences with the website and the customer service. When contacted, the respond very quickly and it feels like family!
I was searching for a blouse that I'd ruined accidentally. I was pleased to find the "Lady Hathaway" blouse here on Swap.com. I also found a cute polo shirt and both were very reasonably priced. I'll shop here again for sure.
This is a great site! Got fast free shipping on order of a bunch of shorts for hubby. Its usually so hard to find shorts that he likes and they are so expensive! I found 5 pair of nearly new shorts for next to nothing! Considering he tears them up at work so fast, I will LIVE on this site!
Great place to purchase maternity clothes. Barely look used, come in great packaging and quickly shipped. I used another consignment carrier and not nearly as happy as I was with my purchase from Swap, I would surely go here each time!
I've placed several orders with Swap.com. Every order arrived very quickly & items were an exact match to their pictures/descriptions. I'm extremely pleased & have recommended Swap.com to family & coworkers.
I first saw swap on an advertisement on TV so I decided to try it out. After my 1st purchase, I have made 5 more with each purchase having like 5 - 6items, and why, i am addicted to swaps high quality items at such low price.
I placed an order with Swap.com for the first time as a result of an online promotion. Something I will be loathed to do again. The items I ordered arrived damaged & reeked of some unidentifiable odor. The return process didn't allow me to say "Items reeked of clothes" so I listed this complaint in the notes which were apparently ignored. Swap.com will not refund my money but issued me store credit despite repeated requests for a full refund. The items were unusable in their condition and I do not trust the company in order to WANT to order from them again. I feel that they do not listen to complaints and normally am not the type to leave a review of products/company but I am finding this whole thing such a hassle (despite their "hassle free" claims!) that I feel compelled to warn others that if you don't like your order, you're basically screwed!
I have two little girls now and I quickly found that it was going to be a little bit more expensive buying clothes for them both. I did a Google search for "inexpensive childrens clothes". Swap.com was the first site I saw. The rest is history. I love that I can choose the condition of clothes I would like to purchase. I can buy "brand new with tags" or "like new". I love the value. I can get lots of stuff for a great price. I love the user-friendly purchasing system and the inexpensive shipping. I'm pleased with the quality of clothes I received. Swap.com should be a parents dream!

I just recently purchased a few items for my 3 year old Granddaughter for her birthday with Swap.com. I chose some gently used pink snow boots and a new pink snow bib and jacket set. When I first place my order I received an email 24 hours later stating there would be a delay in my shipment. I was little concerned because I wanted to make sure that I received them before my flight to visit my granddaughter. The customer service rep reassured that I would receive them in time. Once I received the items I was overjoyed at how nice they were. The snow suit still had tags and the snow boots even though they were used they did not look like at all. I am extremely pleased with my order and would definitely order from them again.

I just got my second order from Swap.com and I was blown away! Such great goodies and I got an awesome deal! Plus they sent me a code for $10 off my next order with NO minimum purchase! I am off to order more fun stuff!
Answer: I have only placed one order so far. I ordered 10 blouses. I returned 5, due to size issues. All 10 blouses were nice, but 5 did not fit quite right due to different manufacturer's. You need to get an RMA # for returns. I was promptly refunded my money for the 5 blouses. I would order again in the future. I am not aware of any return quantity restrictions. Hope this helps.
Answer: If you want to sell clothes, all the information is on their website. Basically, they get a percentage and then they pay you thru an existing PayPal account that you set up.

Answer: Same here, I sent a box in June and have received nothing nothing saying it was accepted or rejected absolutely nothing. I've sent 5 emails and nothing. I will be contacting the better business bureau as well.
Answer: I don't think so. I've sold and from my experience it varies. The things that I thought would sell first, haven't sold yet. It varies by what people are looking for at the time. I've bought all different seasons at random times. I buy by what's a great deal. When selling, group like items together. I've noticed multiple things sell first.

Answer: There's no way for them to go over prices. They have to see the items and determine from going over it, if it's acceptable, once it's accepted, then you have to determine the price you want to sell it for. You could try searching on their site for similar items and see what they are priced at. I did notice when pricing my items that I'd get a little notice with recommended prices, which was very helpful. I didn't have a good experience selling but many others have. Make sure you take pictures of your items, that's very important. I appreciated that their site is set up to allow you to take back your items if you changed your mind about selling them. I'm in the process of getting back my items. Hopefully it works out well and I get all my items back.
