I ordered some wheel studs and canceled them. I sent them and email and called just to make sure I caught it before it shipped. The guy who greeted me on the phone was pretty rude. I wasn't sent an email for the order confirmation and there was no way for me to cancel the order on their site. I think they need to upgrade their site so you can cancel if they don't like talking to customers. The guy scoffed at me when I told him that I didn't get a confirmation saying "you should have gotten an email" in a condescend manor. The whole energy was very negative and they need to get better customer service too. I'll be buying my Supra accessories from driftmotion from now on.

Bought a base map from them that wouldn't start my car for starters, secondly just because I let it wait to confirm that it was broken because I had to be sure, they won't give me another boost cut controller when they sent me a busted dud that was not working. It's gonna seem like I'm changing the story but I misspoke on the phone, I didn't just find out it was bad. The whole time we were trying to get it to work it was bad. I'm not 100% aware of what is going on at the shop at all times.The nice guy trying not to say anything and not cause a problem really does finish last. They told me to kick rocks on both of these. I'm 100% sure the bcc is broken, my mechanic is no amateur in what he does; I know him all the way back from a different state that I used to live in. Two rip off instances means I'm not gonna mention what they sell that is good stuff because this apathy needs to stop. As for your policy, because you were obligated to return my money for my base map because it didn't work I don't want to sit there and troubleshoot with someone who I'm already unhappy with. By that point I already didn't trust you with my car. You had your chance. So yeah I was past my return but let's face it there was more than this situation. Also they are saying they don't Know that I didn't tamper with the bcc, but on the other hand they have no probable cause to believe I did in any way so it's pure assumptions. Denying me a replacement because of pure assuming. Unprofessional.
