I ordered some wheel studs and canceled them. I sent them and email and called just to make sure I caught it before it shipped. The guy who greeted me on the phone was pretty rude. I wasn't sent an email for the order confirmation and there was no way for me to cancel the order on their site. I think they need to upgrade their site so you can cancel if they don't like talking to customers. The guy scoffed at me when I told him that I didn't get a confirmation saying "you should have gotten an email" in a condescend manor. The whole energy was very negative and they need to get better customer service too. I'll be buying my Supra accessories from driftmotion from now on.
