Very happy with this service. Waiting on ESA Vest and tag to arrive soon. I did not get the discount as advertised and had to make multiple separate purchases. Other than that very helpful communication.

It was so easy to register my love bug, JR. Now neither one will hardly be separated by restrictions imposed on by pets and their owners. JR was a gift from God through my husband. The website was deceiving. It made it sound like it was only $99, but I was also charged $299 on top of that. Never saw that anywhere on the site. That's more than what my pet fee was going to be when I move, so I might as well have just paid the fee.

I renewed my ESA, but this was by far a better experience than the first go around. I received my documents as expected. I was even provided more information then I knew was expected. Im looking forward to starting more training and getting the official harness for my ferry BFF. Thank you for your support in my time of need.
