This is truly a great service and a very easy process. However, renewing was a little confusing. You are constantly receiving emails reminding you to renew. However, once you click to renew the process feels so similar to what you had to do in the beginning it feels like you're starting over. I found myself second-guessing the process I was following a few times. Would be great if there was a way that the renewal process was better streamlined to reflect actual renewal, not a start-over. But other than that I am very satisfied with the process.

The amount of ads and emails I'm receiving is CRAZY. And they were super confusing, asking me to place an order but I did already so I started to think my order didn't go through! If I didn't know someone who had used this before, I genuinely wouldn't have thought it was a legitimate business because of the add-ons, pop ups, 6 minute sale expiration?! And now I have so many emails.

Confusing website. Not clear what you are suing for and then there are add-ones. After you pay and think you've paid for everything including a harness, you are asked to buy a harness as a separate item. Very user unfriendly website

This whole process was easy to do and it all happened so quickly, which was good. Within a matter of hours I had been emailed my fast pass and it was confirmed I'd been approved. I would definitely recommend this.

Within 24 hours I was able to get my ESA letter, submit it to my property management and got a lease addendum to remove all fees and deposits they were attempting to charge me.

Process was easy with no headach and back n forth. I didn't have to beg and plead or argue to get what I needed. My ESA helps me with daily living and support pets made my life a lot easier by providing me with the necessary paper work so that my ESA can always be with me. I had a few follow up questions after I recieved my documents and they answered quickly n cleared everything up.

The service that Support Pets provided has been a life saver for me. Finally making my GSD a legitamate ESA, and now training to be a PSA. I have issues every year when I renew. This year my auto renew didn't auto renew. Then what was supposed to take 48 hours to get me documents took 2 weeks but only after contacting customer service a multitude of times. Was always told there must be a glitch in the system. Every year it is these types of issues/delays.

I lost my previous ESA/PSD support animal nearly 8 years ago and I promised myself I couldn't / wouldn't go through that again. She was a rescue that actually rescued me so when she died I was devastated as I'm sure most all people are when this time comes.
I am not the kind of person who tries to take advantage of the system just so their pets can travel with them, so I appreciated the medical portion of the process that proves the legitimacy of my anomaly as opposed to just slapping a vest on a dogs back to beat the system. I applied to register my pet as ESA and had my documents the next day.
Having diabetes, anxiety and depression and knowing that this will allow me to keep my pet with me is the best news ever. When my blood sugar goes low and I'm asleep, she will wake me up to get something to raise my blood sugar. She just knows! And she has saved me multiple times when my blood sugar has been in the 40's. I can't live without her.

I registered online a while ago, got the documents and what I thought was the ESA dog tag. Turns out it was a lost & found tag. So I re-requested and purchased the ESA ID card plus the tag, and haven't gotten those yet.
This is my 3rd time using Support Pets. Excellent service, quick, affordable and easy! Added bonus is I am saving a lot of money on rent and deposits and can take my best friends (fur babies) with me almost anywhere! Highly recommend!

I had no issues with the quiz or payment process. Those were great. I jus wish some of the other things not included could have been included, like the tag that had to be paid for separately. Thanks though. The overall experience was good.

It was very easy and seamless, i've been very pleased with the experience. I wish there was a number to contact support, but you do have outlets to reach out and get the assistance you need. I was skeptical, but it all turns out to be very legit and real. And contacting the staff has been fast and efficient. Overall very pleased.

Great and Easy to use, I appreciate the fact that the company issues them out really fast, within 48hrs. But what I didn't like is, a lot of up sell and having no profile. I couldn't see my confirmed Purchases, I thought I made a profile and that matters because I thought I was gunna have access to Edit, Change, make requests, buy stuff or update. But no, it was a one stop shop, but not hating on that, just thought it was a little inconvenient.
Yay...this has been an amazing experience 🙌 for me, the process was quick and easy to get approved and now I can take my pet anywhere. This will be very convenient for plane travel! No more waiting in long lines for a pet fee.
