So after looking on so many websites to try and get a ESA letter I finally came across support pets. I was really skeptical because I didn't want to get ripped off. But pet supports was so quickly to respond and kept me updated through the whole way. It was so fast. I got my letter in 2 days. I turned it with my landlord and they accepted it immediately. Thank you sooooo much pet support! My cat and I know can have peace of mind together.
I was recommended Support Pets by a friend who also has a dog who most apartments don't accept and almost had to consider giving up my furry friend because i had to keep a roof over my head but I don't have to make that choice anymore and he's welcome on so many more adventures with me than I thought possible! Easy, fast, and understanding.

Filling out the questionnaire made me realize even more how much being able to have my dog with me really meant. The process was easy. After the doctor reviewed my answers, she did approve the certification. And it took less than 2 days. Now my boy can live with me, and I am able to take him pretty much anywhere.

I renewed on line and digital card arrived in a few days! Very pleased! It's nice not to have to wait for physical card but since I didn't realize I would receive digital card, I wasted@$30 by ordering tge card. Oh well, now I know I did ask on chat what was included. Digital card not mentioned.
I needed a renewal for my documents but I couldn't change the context of them. I only needed registration for 1 animal, but it made me pay for 2 animals even after I said in the questionnaire that I needed 1 ESA

I was having issues with my debit card going through (my bank was blocking for possible fraud) - I tried so so many times & every single time, the total was going to be $107.99 because of a discount being offered. Well imagine this - when my card finally did go through, it was for $142.99. That extra discount offered was no longer check-marked! When I emailed, I was told I didn't choose the correct selection. But I never had to the previous times! I was told I'd hear back after it was reviewed & no one has contacted me. TYPICAL of these types of places, such false advertising & complete lack of customer service!
I admire what Support Pets does for those os if who need an ESA approval but the check out process is made purposely confusing so that you may keep piling charges for extra things you may or may not need without seeing the total amount you're spending. There isn't a formal cart at the end of it, just agreement after agreement. It almost feels like a scam website because of the way the payment process is formatted.

However, I was supposed to be billed $87.00 for the deluxe package and was charged $107.99 and my understanding now is i have to order and pay for te leash. Vest and cards.
So right this minute I am leary.

The documents came in the timeframe promised. I would recommend using them to anyone I know needing to get their pet registered as an emotional support animal. I've never had any issues with support pets but when I renewed my documents for this year, they misspelled my dogs breed which is no big deal mistakes happen, but they failed to fix it in a timely matter and it affected my moving plans.

I've so far had a great experience using Support Pets to register my dog and cat as ESAs. Such an easy to use website and clear instructions, and great prices too! It said it wouldn't be available for 24 to 48 hours but I got the registration in the same day. Incredibly quick service that I appreciate!

It was relativity easy, however there should be a phone number for customer support and the website should be easier to navigate as I couldn't find the product page at the time of requesting my documents as I would have bundled my purchase with a tag and card.

They got me my documents in less then 24 hours, I was able to bring Nala (my ESA approved cat) with my to the hotel while working out of town where they previouly denied me. I even sent a copy to my new landlord to get rid of my monthly pet deposit. I never knew than getting Nala approved after having her for 12 years!

Due to my health getting worse, I very much needed my pet with me at all times. I have seizures among other health issues and mental health issues and my ESA calms me and brings me so much comfort. Support Pets was so supportive! It's so easy too! You just fill out a questionnaire and it really just tells you exactly what to do from there. It's the simplest process ever! My experience as a mom of a rescue bully has been less than welcome me for my poor pup. The assumptions people make about this breed is so sad and undeserving. I am so thankful for support pets, and making my ESA process so easy. I am now able to take my sweet girl everywhere I go, and we couldn't be happiercouldn't be happier.
My daughter has two cats that give her so much comfort as she has sensory processing disorder. She is calmed by them laying on her. Their weight actually will take away anxiety and this was an easy process so we can have them with us in our house rental and for travel. It was a man easy and fast process.

I applied for this service for my dog. Gotta say it was very fast and easy. Had to answer a few simple questions and that was really it. I thought it would have been cheaper, but it is what it is. Received the documents via email immediately.
