I needed to have the esa status for my dog done quick as they changed pet policy where i live.The whole process online took a very short time,was easy to do and had my esa documents emailed to me within 48hrs!The price was reasonable also!
I wanted to enjoy the process but the upsells and constant confusion over why I'm resubmitting forms and not sure if some of it is marketing that has nothing to do with my application or account is not pleasant.
But if everything comes as promised (even though it's been 48 hrs and I have not heard from the doctor yet.).

I tried to log in but was having issues with the log-in, so I emailed customer support. Within a few minutes I received a very nice reply with another link that DID allow me to print my documents.
THANK YOU, Michael (the support person)! His email stated that he is still going to forward my concerns with logging in to their technical team.

I have been having issues with the password reset and have not gotten the link to be able to access the letter. Customer services sent me the actual letter but have yet to be able to enter the portal.

Yea I received my documents.
But the billing is not correct. I'm not sure if it was me or you. Honestly I'm pretty sure that it was my error. I received two separate receipts One for $137.00 the other $87.00. Please cancel and refund me $137.00. Tks

Finished very quickly, only thing I didn't like was there was slightly confusing wording on some parts that added more money for me to pay. Perhaps it was just me not understanding. Whatever the case, I'm satisfied with the results

I have used this for a couple of years now. Always quick and easy and I receive the documentation needed for my pets. As someone with extreme anxiety they make the process so smooth and easy. Highly recommend.
This process was easy and quick. Love how fast I was able to get everything for my furbaby and love that they also offer the gear. Only downside is the customer service. It takes over 24 hours for someone to get back to you and the chat service disconnected me three times. Good overall, though.
