If ya have stress issues and your pet gives you peace, please go to ESA. You can keep your pet with you every where you go. And if you rent, the Landlord can't kick you out nor your pet.😁.

I like many other people were skeptical at first. But after doing a little research reading some reviews making my own opinions I went ahead and had my dog qualified as an emotional support animal and it was extremely easy and I'm very satisfied with the service received

The questionnaire and process were fairly easy. The only thing I would say is if you are needing a letter for your ESA right there and then, expect to receive it 2-3 days after your application gets approved. Other than that, no complaints!

Support pets been a great help to keep my fur buddy with me at all times with out being depressed leaving him behind alone, although the customer service can be extremely better, and the progress and status on orders would be very helpful, we're still waiting our package

I keep calling to get an ETA on when my application will be approved. I keep being told '24-48' business hours & promised it will be escalated. There is also continued emails about completing the survey…. Which I completed 3 times.
This is ridiculous and a complete scam. They had no problem taking my money immediately but do not provide any type of service that was promised or even any updates.
I finished the survey & paid for their services over 2 weeks ago. Already working with an attorney re: a class action lawsuit started because what they're doing is not just inconvenient it is illegal. Feel free to reach out & join!

Nothing can ease our anxiety but having our ESA around, we are glad we can assist.
Other than the long wait for his service vest. Which was to be expected considering it's made to order. I was very pleased with my overall experience! The woman who I dealt with in customer service was great and very helpful. I love the fact that I can take my best friend with me just about anywhere. Travel by plane at no extra cost. And most importantly to me the FDA approved housing situation. Simply because a lot of places today are not animal-friendly. And there is no way I could give up my boy he is literally family. Thank you so much support pets! I would highly recommend Your services and will definitely be renewing next year.

Great experience, well needed thank you. Everyone has always told me to get him certified as an ESA animal. It sucks now that airlines does not count these documents as true support animals and require travels to pay pet fee.

Fast service but disappointing because I was never given the pet screening so my esa documents do not show my dogs name or anything about my dog it's just a letter that says I'm approved for emotional support animals

The site was effective, but it took way over a week to get my documents when it's advertised that the documents can be acquired in 48 hours…The customer service was very good and prompt to respond. But I had to call and chat like 4 times to get my documents sent over. Also, acquiring the ESA harness and tag took a while and the check out process to buy those was a bit convoluted.
