This used to be a great company with great service. Now they've designed their site to charge you do
Twice before even giving you the questionnaire under the guise of getting 50 percent off. They said that's only for renewal. I told them I am a returning customer which is why I'm so upset. I asked them to refund both charges until they can run their site more professionally. They said a supervisor will contact me. My money has not been refunded. I don't want to deal with crooks.

Later today after several attempts to get them to honor this coupon so.eone finally called back and apologized for my troubles. They refunded the 77 dollars and chose to honor my coupon code and told me they would issue a partial refund. I'm so glad because I hate switching companies. I've never had trouble like this in the past. I asked them yo speak with IT to fix the bug within the site.

They took my money and offer many chances for me to spend more. I haven't received my ID card which is supposed to come via email and so far I have made 2 inquiries both of which were ignored. I want my money back but based on their customer service I won't get it. There are other services out there that I'm sure would be a better choice. They deserve a ZERO rating

I have been a member of your wonderful organization for many years and service has been wonderful. Last week one of our most popular super markets put out a notice in newspaper that they will no longer allow service dogs or ems dogs in their store. The name of the store is PUBLIX. Please investigate and resolve. It happens to be among the best in Jacksonville Florida all over. I live in senior housing and they provide transportation to store. From the moment I contacted them the whole process was great and communication with any questions I had was always helpful and answered in a timely manner I received everything they said I would.

So far easy and pleasant experience, it is so hard to find rentals that will allow me to have my pet just because of his weight. I am hoping this will make it a bit easier since he has been my ESA for the past 6.5 years.

The approval time was very quick and it was nice to have a in-state doctor review my case.

What a Blessing this will be. With me having to stop working for years now, to take full time care to my elderly mom. Life was getting very depressing. I was able after about two years to finally convinced my husband that I needed a little dog. It took a bit but a friend of my husband gave him Dixie Rose one day during a visit. From the time we laid eyes on each other, it was love at first site. She is just what I needed! She can even tell when I need to stop and take a holding break with her. I'm not really sure who's really supporting who but I do know that we support one another. She needed me just as bad as I needed her. And now with our Emotional support papers. We will never have to be apart again not even for a minute! For me, that's a true Blessing!

I am always in need of my dogs due to high anxiety and this whole process made registering them as official ESA animals easy.

I found out my landlord only requires a letter from your doctor and for him/her to sign their form. You don't need all this garbage they try to sell you. I asked for a refund less than 24 hours after placing the order and could only do so by email where they tried to get me to upgrade my purchase! I keep getting emails saying they're "looking into it", then I got an email offering a 50% refund of the purchase price. I have not received any product and cannot get a live person on the phone. I finally got my bank involved. They also sent their refund policy which does not appear on their website.

I never knew there are so many places where my Peaches can go with me. Ever our church accepted her. Knowing she will be beside me makes things so much better. Thank you for making this possible. You are the best.

Although there was a glitch, I finally have my documents. Customer service was a great help over the past 6 weeks.
