I am so happy with this site and service they provided! Being secure in the knowledge that my dog will not be legally separated from me in any housing situation is a blessing and reduces my stress tenfold! Honestly wish I had done this sooner!
I received my paperwork earlier than expected! I intend to start taking Dixie with us wherever we go. She is a good travel companion and I feel confident that she will be no problem taking her to places where we eat out. I feel more confident having her with me on our adventures. This certification has helped me with my anxiety. Thank you so much.
So, the application process was easy. I'm slightly discouraged by the price. As after I went through the entire process online, I talked to my therapist about it and she would have only charged me 50$ each pet as opposed to almost 300$. However, the documents did arrive fast and I was able to use them during a hotel stay in Sept with no questions asked.

Only giving 4 stars because I haven't actually received anything yet, but the process was very simple and was able to complete everything on my end from the comfort of my bed. Lol. Looking forward to getting all of my things for my pup.

Great, they initially put them in my name instead of my wife's, but they quickly corrected that. They were supposed to send an email so we could exchange the vest for a larger size, that was 2 weeks ago.

This was such an easy process! I was scrolling through instagram and came across the advertisement. My wife and I have been talking about getting the ESA documentation but most places required going to those locations and paying massive fees.
