I got an email saying I was approved for the esa but when I clicked on the link it said it was either expired or not approved. But, I did receive the kit with the approvel letter and vest.

I had no difficulties purchasing a package but afterwards when I have to submit vest size and actual address there is a page error. I've tried to refresh and re-do this quite a few times. So now they have my money but no actual address to send the product to. Called the help line only to wait 30 min for an automated voice saying someone will call me back. Is this a scam? Send me the products I paid money for please.
The whole experience was great. Now I need to find out how to get the vest for my 2 dogs to wear.

The overall process was quick and easy. I had a little trouble ordering the vest and ended up with 2 and billed for two. I decided to just keep them, probably easier than trying to return. I also haven't tried to fly with our pet yet to see if the certificate I received is enough.

I haven't received my actual license or vest. I received my paperwork via email. Haven't tried it yet to see if it works. Have heard that this is bull crap and emotional support animal and service dogs are two different licensees so we shall see the fine writing.

So far I have had a great experience. I'm still waiting on my products to arrive in the mail but it has only been a week since ordering. My approval and documents did come via email very quickly so I am thankful for that.

It took me 3 months of continuous emails, chats, FB messaging to get my landlord forms completed by them. My landlord and I both kept after them. Absolutely ridiculous! I paid for them to complete those documents! Took a week to get my ESA approval letter! They cited HIPPA as the reason for not giving out a fax number to send the forms to. Support said they'd escalate the concern and I'd hear back in 24-48 hours. I didn't. When I did hear back it was the identical same email sent by regular Customer Support & that was supposed to be the Specialist!
