The website was a bit confusing when it came to instructions on how to a pet to my existing ESA document that I had for my dog. I've gone through several purchasing processes. When I had an appointment with the psychologist he told me that I didn't have to pay the fee that was posted online and that I only had to pay $40 to add my cat to my existing dog's ESA letter. I am still a bit confused because after I was told that my cat wasn't added to the existing letter I had to purchase a plan for my car which cost $99. I had paid $140 before that thinking that it would allow my cat to be added to the existing letter. I never did receive the refunds or any clarification on how much I would be refunded. Can you please clarify this for me and process my refund? I was told that it would cost $40 to add Nikari to my dog's letter. I needed to get my cat added because I am moving into apartments. I had sold my townhome and no longer own it. I will be renting an apartment. The apartment needed that paperwork as well. I did receive the correct paperwork but I had to pay extra funds to get my cat added to my dog's ESA letter. Can someone please call me at *******778. Thank you.

Some of your website is confusing. Not sure what you pay for until you are done. It needs a page for confirmation with itemized list of items purchased. Also need a way to track where your items are in delivery process.
