I was booking a hotel for April 27th and when the confirmation page came up it confirmed without touching the confirmation button...turned out to book the 30th and they wouldn't change the day or cancel even though their system messed up
I was told numerous times that my booking did not go through and then low and behold it showed up on my credit card. They told me it was only a pre-authorization and would be voided. It makes absolutely no sense because a pre-auth couldn't have happened if one of the items they said was incorrect wasn't already verified; i.e. Ccv, address, email or card number.

For clarification, in cases where the booking doesn't go through, no charges are made, as this is rather an authorization hold or pre-authorization, and it shows in your bank as pending. This service is offered by your card provider whereby the provider puts a hold on the amount approved by the cardholder, reducing the balance of available funds until the merchant settles the transaction. Because your desired purchase was no longer available, SuperTravel has not charged you and so your card processor will release the hold placed.
The estimated time for this release varies if you used a debit or credit card, and depending on the issuing bank's policy.

This company is a bunch of frauds. Don't charge what is shown at checkout. I was supposed to be charged $196.84 for 2 nights but instead get changed $252.96 Tried to call and request a call back. Heard nothing back. Then tried to chat on their website. They wouldn't even look at what I was trying to talk to them about. Fraudulent scam company. They need to be shut down. My first and last time using them.

I went to their site and it quoted me a $93.00 1 night stay. Unfortunately it was for the prior day.I tried to call customer service to rectify it said I could make no adjustments or cancel.Must have been in the three page disclosure of which I only got to view 1 page and that was nowhere on it.So bee very careful of what you think is a deal and if it's to good then it's not.

In trying to change a booking there is no easy way. Because I am persistent I have tracked down a 1-800 number and am 74th in line to be called back. As soon as I resolve this issue the app will disappear and I will tell everyone never to use this site.

This was an excellent experience all around. Sitejabber connected us to a great hotel! The room was fantastic! Like I said better than expected (especially for the LOW price!) and the customer service from the time we got there to the time we left was great. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
If I could give 0 stars, I would say everything that could be wrong with the booking happened. Double charged by Supertravel, the hotel didn't have a booking upon check-in, and customer service was unreachable to solve issues. Like most people, I saw the prices on their site and was interested as they appeared to be consistently lower than other sites. However, this company is such a scam. I was double charged for my booking, and after waiting on hold for 5 hours to speak to their customer service, their phone service disconnected my call when I got to the front of the queue. This site is entirely unethical and offers no security or assurances for your booking. Worst travel site on the web, pay the extra $20 and buck on an accurate site.

I would give them a zero start if had a chance. The rooms I got was dirty, hair in the tub, stain wine marks in the carpet. The hotel said they couldn't change the reservation. I called Super Travel and they said the same thing. Don't use this 3rd party travel agency. Honestly if you can't change the reservation when you get a room you dont like. It's not worth booking through them.

I stay I hotels quite regularly due to work and Super Travel always provides competitive pricing and quality service.
Booking a hotel room by Super Travel, tihis Nice hotel in France don't do any co-operation with Super Travel booking. Super Travel took my money by my credit card. Awful. Hotel Chief said that every day this happens: people trus this Super Travel, BUT it is criminal to sell nothing and take money. I've made in Finland a report to Police Office. Hope: do not book anything sold by Super Travel.

I wish I could give 0 stars, they gave me my booking and I looked very carefully though check-in info that was given and then after I submitted my payment they let me know that it was non-refundable and that there was also $120 that I had to pay the hotel when I arrived. It felt very underhanded.

Don't even try their services. I booked from them and went to hotel. Hotel didn't accept it. You can't call them, they never pick up the phone they don't respond to emails. It's just a fraud.

Avoid at all costs. Cheap prices but rooms are not guaranteed. You run the risk of not being able to check in at the property. Not worth the hassle.

This is a scam company. Do not use them. You cannot speak directly to anyone. They charged my card unauthorized. Was told via text I would receive a call from representative and call was never received

One of the worst reservation agency you can book with. I had my hotel reservation confirmed through super travel one month before my check in date and just few days before it they told me the hotel can not keep my reservation through super travel and they give it to someone else. I do not recommend using Super Travel.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
