Super travel is such a fraud site, shown one price, there is no invoice sent to my email. When reached hotel, there it was charged higher price than what I reserved. Super travel is not responding to over price, Till today they didnt send invoice also. Support team is asking to talk to hotel, why I need to talk to hotel as I booked through super travel. I would suggest, dont use or recommend this site to anyone
I used Supertravel to book & pay for hotel room after my house caught on fire. I was billed again by the hotel without realizing it until I reviewed my receipt to send to my insurance company for reimbursement. I have been on hold for an hour. I'm still 16th in line. There is no "chat" on the computer screen to use to resolve instead of calling, despite the company asking you to use chat. I've called the hotel but they say call Supertravel and work out with them. I guess I'm going to call the credit card company and hope they can resolve it. I need to spend this time dealing with my home, not the theft committed by this company. To add insult to injury, the hotel charge is less than what Supertravel charged me! AND I can't submit the Supertravel charge to my insurance company because the email I received from Supertravel after I purchased the room doesn't have the amount paid on it! DO NOT use this company!

I booked a room on the wrong date within 3 minutes I called them and told them what I had done. They refused to change the dates for me nor would they give me a refund! Never have I ran into this. Expedia Booking. Com and Priceline would have immediately corrected this! The representative would not let me speak to a supervisor either. Of course the phone center is not in the USA either. Never again trust me no matter how good the deal is.

Save your money. They are as close to a scam as a legit company can be.
Once they take your money (for not a great amount of discount), they're done with you.
I paid $47 extra to be able to cancel my hotel reseverations, because my travel is often fluid and they refused to do so. There are very limited reasons they allow you to cancel and travel plan changes are not one of them. They will not work with you AT ALL.
Book directly with hotels or Expedia. Expedia will work with you on cancellations. At least they have with me in the past.

This company sucks. I used the app to make a booking for a particular date. The app didn't take the update instead, it used the date that was already stored when you opened the app. I was not able to get my refund or change the date, instead i had to go and book it with another company because your not gonna steal my money twice.
That being said this review is pointless because management won't change or gove me back my money

Every reservation is made based o the search that is made in order to list the options based on the criteria that you have input. If the dates that you have selected are not available, the system lets you know and shows the next available dates. I have booked a hotel in Phenix upont arrival at the airport late at night via SuperTrave.
I made an error booking for the following night and noticed this error immediately. I called the SuperTravel asking to move my reservation from next night to the current one. I spoke with multiple agents who were making promisses of fixing this issue which was still unresolved after being on the phone with them for 3 hrs. They told me my request has to be resolved and the backend. It never happened and I had to pay for the hotel twice: one for the night I need and then for the following night.
This experince was very frustrating and costing me a lot of money.

I made a reservation and apparently the payment didn't go through, it was not appearing for the hotel but my bank account was charged by this 3rd party app. When I contacted the supertravel agents they all kept saying "this will be escalated give us 20 minutes". They said that in 5 separate occasions. I waited a total of 2 and a half hours at the lobby for the issue to be fixed. After they fixed the problem they said they'll give me 20% credit for the next reservation through them, but who in their right mind would book again with this horrible site? I wouldn't, never again.

Was unable to check-in to my hotel due to wildfires and the town being evacuated. They refuse to give me a refund until I have written documentation from the hotel employee and prove to them that the highways were closed and the town was indeed under evacuation.

I recently lost my home and I used the last of my money to booked a hotel through this sad excuse for a company, went to the hotel to check in and the hotel told me that they have a $100 cash deposit. This information was not clearly listed on the mobile site and didn't show up while going through the booking process. I have called 3time and haven't gotten to speak with anyone, so I reached out on their chat forum. The customer service representative didn't even seem to care and kept referring to the voucher pdf which I didn't even because I was driving! He wouldn't even try seeing if there was anything he could do to help.
To whoever is in charge, you guys need to make sure every single detail is listed in the booking process not just the section about the hotel. This is robbery because, I pay the website, the website pays the the hotel. So, if I cancel the reservation this website here's the money back from the hotel and they keep my money. I want my money back and I will go as far as I need to so that I can get my money.

We are sorry to hear about your experience at the accommodation, however, the requirement to put down a security deposit is standard for hotels. It is not a charge but rather just a temporary hold on your credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The hold is released if no incidental purchases (room service, mini bar, Wi-Fi, etc.) or damages occurred.
We understand that you mention a last-minute booking and you didn't get the chance to review the voucher nonetheless, please note that our listing includes the room rate and the additional hotel fees or deposit are in the "About" section of the hotel card, both pre-booking and in the customer's voucher post-booking and payment invoice. This is separate because they are not collected by Super but managed by the property and at their sole discretion.

In Aug of 2022 we booked a Swim Out room at a very nice resort for April 2023, upon arrival we where told that the agency booked us into a third floor tropical view room and did not have anymore swim out rooms available for our 5 night stay. This agency has not resolved this issue and we're out over $1000 in the difference in room costs. Will not email back, and you'll only get a very pleasant customer service operator on the phone who has no power to help you and only makes note of your complaint.

Gave this company $149 of my hard earned money, got to the hotel, and they had no reservation from this site.
Called Supertravel and was on hold for over an hour.
Ended up having to purchase another room at the front desk.
Super travel called me hours later, and said I would get a refund in 3 to 5 days. Never got it, but did get a $29 "site credit" with them. (Like I would ever use it...not!)
Do NOT use this site. They will steal your money, and you'll have to do what I did and call your bank to report the transaction as fraud!
Fair warning...don't ever use this site. Save yourself the headache and use a legit booking company.

Booked through super travel and stayed and the Mondrian hotel in Miami. The discount was worth it and everything went smooth and well. Will book again
My reservation was all inclusive for 6 days in Krystal Cancun hotel April 9 to 15 -2023 when I get the checkin front desk told me it was not all inclusive and paid $1156 more for 6 days and supertravel promotions this hotel all inclusive it was a terrible experience.Roberto Soto

They make you state off the booking number your given, your full name, the check in and check out dates AND the hotel name all to "verify" the booking every time you call.
The customer service rep hung up on me after telling me they didn't receive an email from the hotel stating that I could be refunded (after they told me I needed an email from the hotel to them to get refunded) and I had to call them 3 separate times just to confirm that they received an email and the booking could be cancelled.
They told me they could cancel the booking originally if the hotel received an email stating I could get it refunded, and then 3 calls later after being ignored and told they received no email they finally "found" the email that was sent to them and THEN claimed there was a $30 fee to cancel through them.
After I asked them where in their policy there was a fee like that and where I agreed to pay that fee if I were to cancel originally they told me that they would "waive it just this one time"
They're just a stupid middleman company looking to get any money they can out of you. And me frantically trying to get a listing refunded after being told I could and then getting hung up on because they don't want to deal with refunding me is shady as hell.

Booked two nights through super travel. Had to cancel and was told in order to receive a refund I had to get written documentation from the hotel approving the refund. I contacted the General manager of the hotel and got the document that included everything super travel requested. Super travel states that document is not valid but won't tell me why. Tried calling in cause I was getting the run around on the chat. I was called number 83 and after 1.5 hours I was called 57. Still haven't gotten anywhere. B_*******

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
