Do NOT book with this company! You will pay them in full, they will NOT pay for your trip, you will have to repay the company (hotel,airline,cruiseline) directly and hopefully there will still be availability when you arrive, Supertravel will request to see a fully paid receipt from the company before they will issue you a refund. So you pay ST upfront, then you pay the company directly when you arrive, ST keeps your money until you provide the receipt (when your vacation is over and now paid for twice), ST will contact the company and have them refund the money you paid them which in my case and probably most cases was actually CHEAPER than ST! Save yourself time, money and LOTS of aggravation call the hotel, airline whomever DIRECTLY!
Hotel fees were not in any of the documentation. Turned out to be very expensive. I called customer service, and I am on the line for over 30 min and my que time started at 58, went to 52, then back to 58 and now I have been sitting at 57 for a while. Customer service can make or break a company and there are a lot of negative reviews with the company's response contact customer service. I feel like there is no way to dispute any charges and wonder if this is something that can be reported?

MY 1ST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS OUTFIT. IT WAS HORRIBLE. I DID NOT GET A CHANCE TO PUT THE DATES IN AND IT BOOKED ME FOR NEXT DAY VS. 3 WEEKS OUT. Booked a room in Flagstaff Az. And I booked an additional room in India. Was able to cancel the India one but not the Flagstaff one. Called hotel in Flagstaff and they said I was the fifth person to call them with the same scam story. Dont use this site.

The booking was easy and good,checking in to the hotel was great. My room was big,clean everything worked, I had no problems.For the price you can not beat that.Thank you for your beautiful work in assisting me with a nice hotel, I will be using you again soon.
There app will change dates on you and book for days you didn't chose. I had this happen to me and when I call within seconds of it happening they were not willing to help or refund. Apps make mistakes and a company that is not willing to own up and make things right for customer is not worth using. I will be advising everyone to stay away from this hotel booking app!

Made a reservation with super travel and when tried to check in at the hotel they didn't find our reservation. The worst was trying to contact their customer service. After more than 20 minutes on hold, they said that their urgent response team would contact me. After more than 1 hour, ai decided to call them again, and same answer. They didn't contact me and my family couldn't stay in the hotel that night.

Super Travel is a HORRIBLE company. They may have good deals, but there are added fees when you get to the hotels. There Customer service is SUPER UNHELPFUL. Please do not use - It may be better to spend a little bit more through a more reputable company. Buyers Beware!

I booked a Classic "Room" with them but it turns out that this is not a room, it's a Teepee, but they didn't specify this anywhere, also, this doesn't even have a private bathroom, is a shared one, but they didn't mentioned anything about this in their site, when you contact support, they just give you the same information and mentioned that you can't cancel the booking even if their advertising is fake/misleading, they can't lead us to a section where it says that the "room" you are booking is a Teepee and that it doesn't have a bathroom, I'm attaching the screenshots with all the evidence.

Booked a room for one of my drivers as I had done multiple times. He gets to the hotel and the is no room booked for him. My card was charged. He had to book a room himself at the walk in rate. Not a huge inconvenience, but an annoyance and an additional cost. Tried to contact them for a refund or credit. Only able to talk with "customer service" through chat. They found my booking, I sent them the receipt of the substitute room booked and nothing. They just stopped replying. Contacted them 2 more times a couple of days apart and got the same thing. They ghosted me, I gave up guess I'll book with one of hundreds of other booking sites.

Don't waist your time I found supertravel through kayak paid for my room received confirmation at mid day. At arrival at 8pm found no booking was made after several phone calls and 2.5 hours I find one of their staff arguing with the hotel over price and trying to pay over the phone!

We booked a hotel through SuperTravel and wound up paying more than if we had made the reservation directly with the hotel. Additionally, we were charged by SuperTravel at the time of the reservation and then again by the hotel at checkout. Both charges posted to our credit card account. After some time on the phone, the hotel was able to reverse their charge. Not a great experience overall.

I reserved a room and paid 20+ extra for the right to cancel if I needed to. I did need to cancel as the dates for the funeral I am attending in Grass Valley changed. The refund company refused to refund my me even though I paid for the refundable option. TOTAL RIP OFF. The company rejected my refund request - again - for a funeral and the date was changed - even though I paid for the refund insurance.

My husband booked through this service for a 2 night stay in Charleston SC. As soon as we walked into the room, we immediately knew we could not stay here. The room was disgusting (I have pictures) and we went back to the front desk for a refund after being the room a max of 20 minutes. We were told to contact the booking company (Super Travel) to get our refund. We were charged for TWO nights stay and did not stay past 20 minutes. When we spoke to a Super Travel rep we were told we could not get a refund because of the "contract". First of all, what contract? Secondly, why would not not offer ANY customer service assistance when we did not even stay in the hotel one night. This is ridiculous and we are very upset. I hope someone reaches out to make this right!

Hotel we booked through couldn't provide the room we purchased so they cancelled the booking but supertravel still charged. Called them and they will only refund half the cost and I have to get a signed letter from the hotel and submit it to them. Do not use the service not worth it.

Highly recommend this as an option for your traveling and booking needs. The texting-only process is a little annoying but nothing insurmountable.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
