I had made a reservation for my stay through super.com, but when I followed up with the hotel regarding my booking, they informed me that they had not received any reservation from super.com. This led to a prolonged back-and-forth between the hotel and super.com for over a week. Super.com repeatedly assured me that the booking would be confirmed soon and attributed the delay to potential issues with third-party reservation websites they work with.
As my trip was intended for business purposes, the hotel eventually provided me with a link to directly pay them the required amount in order to secure my stay and avoid being left without accommodations. Despite reaching out to super.com, I have not received any response from them so far. Consequently, I am left with no choice but to involve my lawyer to pursue compensation for the damages caused and take legal action.
I booked a room for two nights with two queen beds, and a complimentary hot breakfast at Extended Stay in Horsham, PA. Upon checking in realized that they put me into a smaller room with one queen bed. Showed the original email describing the reservation; they put me into another room with a sofa that was dirty; ended up in a similar room as I didn't want to go find another hotel at 11 pm. This room was infested with roaches and bugs. Took pictures and showed them to the front desk. No breakfast as advertised, just granola bars. Checked out the next morning (earlier than the booked nights) after making a first call to Super Travel about this ordeal. Since then, I'm following up with their call center to resolve this issue. Supervisors are not reachable both via email and phone. Call center agents are ill-informed and sound like a broken record. Super Travel owes me a full refund.

I reserved a room for the end of July. When I was checking my reservation I noticed that they had booked me for the wrong date. When I asked them to cancel, the refused and said that there would be no changes or refunds. I was completely not in the wrong and they didn't take responsibility or provide any compensation for their mistake. Customer service was THE WORST. If I heard the word "unfortunately" again, I was going to loose it. They made the mistake and now I have to pay $180 out of pocket. SCAM

We display the room rate and then the additional hotel fees are in the "About" section of the hotel card, both pre-booking and in the customer's voucher post-booking. This is separate because they are not charged by us but rather mandatory payments to be made directly to the property and at their sole discretion.

I booked through Super.com for my hotel reservation, but when I arrived today, the hotel found no records. I called the Super.com number, she asked for confirmation number, which in their email on May 15 says, literally, "none", in their fake reservation confirming email. I have to redo all the work of hotel reservation at the front desk. Fortunately, the hotel has more rooms for me to stay. It is hard to image if I arrived at late evening with luggage and find out that there were no reservation for me.

The site has virtually no support. The chat takes forever; the customer service reps seem to be multitasking and have few solutions. Over an hour hold to speak to a live person. The app is glitchy.

I have cancer. I had booked a weekend away using this company, as it was on our vendors list, and wanted to try them out. Not 20 minutes later I got a call from my oncologist stating they had a last minute cancellation to get my surgery done the following day. I booked a weekend. In less than an hour I tried to cancel my booking but the agent wanted proof. I submitted my original doctor's note I handed to work explain my stage 2 cancer, a new note explaining my upcoming surgery for Saturday, and even forced to send a picture of myself. They wanted official documents from the surgeon, which you do not get until your day of admission at the hopsital. I have never used supertravel before and shelling out 340 dollars, is something I cannot afford to just give up. I had no choice but to pass the surgery and wait for my actual surgery date which is in June. I was so upset. It was like they didn't care at all. Now.my weekend staycation ( as i cannot travel far at the moment), is a bust. I have feelings of remorse. I'm really upset at how they treated me. I submitted actual formal Dr. notes from my oncologist but they said that was not good enough. I sent a picture of myself showing my bald head from my chemo and they still did not believe me. I sent my Last picture of my hospital band of last week showing I was in the cancer ward for my chemo and not good enough. These people truly do not care about customer care or service. I will never EVER USE THEM AGAIN. I will make sure to let everyone know from my work, FlightCentre, to take them off of our vendor list. I was told that it would be no problem to get a refund if I submit a doctor's note showing I have surgery which I did.

When I booked my reservation for a hotel in South Portland Maine I knew I would not cancel. Therefore I booked with a nonrefundable fee. My receipt shows a refundable booking for $15. My rate went from $117 to $157 with taxes of course and the $15 fee which I refused during booking. The supervisor at super.com told me I could not receive a refund since the charge went through. The hotel attendant told me I have a non-refundable reservation?. Who is scamming who? Super.com charged me incorrectly and will not honor a refund. Beware when using this app so you are not scammed as well!

This company is selling the most trashed rooms around. They don't have a phone number to call, they don't provide any help in the chat. Then they say all rooms are non refundable but they don't say that on the website. These rooms smell, they haven't been cleaned, and the bathrooms are ridiculous.

Hotel was great, no problems. But Super Travel is horrible to deal with if you need to change your dates. Long story short... three+ hours on the phone and eight phone and calls later (one overseas) they refused to change the dates on reservation and charged me for a day after I left the hotel... Now I'm out $160 taxes and fees because they can't run a business using people who can understand English. DO NOT USE SUPER TRAVEL!

I don't usually write reviews but this is for anyone who's curious about booking through this website. I had never used Super before and now I will never use them again. Last week I was trapped in Houston, TX. My arriving flight was late therefore I ended up missing all of the possible connections I needed. From 11pm-3am I was trying to get help from the gate to get a hotel voucher and new plane ticket. After waiting hours for a hotel voucher I decided to go ahead and book a hotel myself. I was so happy to finally find a hotel that wasn't ridiculously priced and I selected my dates and clicked find a room. Then I proceeded to go through with booking the room and after I selected non refundable (because why would I need a refund when I was 100% sure I'd be staying at this hotel). I quickly glanced at the summary, saw that the DAY was right, and clicked submit. Instantly I noticed the dates were a week in advance. I called the hotel within a minute after booking and told them the mistake I made and they said "haha yeah that's been happening all night you'll have to contact the people you booked through". So then I contacted the Super support and was basically told well it's your own fault because it clearly says non refundable. I get that they were doing their job. I really do. But it was Sunday, 3:00 in the morning, I'd been traveling all day trying to get home, I was tired, and hungry. Good customer service would have tried to help. Even Expedia has edited dates for me in the past. If this was a mistake that had been made for longer than a couple of days I would have understood being denied help in any form. But for a new customer to make a mistake and call within 15-20 minutes of booking a room and refusing to help? That loses me as a customer. I didn't want a refund I simply wanted the date edited. So I booked through EXPEDIA, got a room, and am now writing this review hoping people read it. Maybe it's because of how bad of a day I had, but I will never use or recommend Super to anyone.

I booked a room with this company and they booked the wrong date I get to the motel at 11:00 at night there's no reservation. So I proceed to call them when I finally got a hold of someone they explained to me that it was the wrong day that it was for tomorrow and I said well I don't need it tomorrow I need it today they said they would assist me with changing that but it would be a $30 fee to change it well I told them that I would not pay for $30 fee and if I had to pay a fee I would just pay the money up front for a room and never do business with them again they told me they would waive the fee and have their adjuster call me the adjuster called me and told me they would have no problem waving the fee Now by this time it is 11:51 p.m. said she would call the motel take care of it and call me back I never received a call back and the number the lady called me from wasn't accepting calls so I called the first number and made a note that had been a while and they hadn't called me back and I waited finally till 1:00 in the morning and called them back again when I gave the confirmation number they go I will assist you and then hung up I called back wouldn't even wait for the confirmation number I'm here to assist you click hangs up again same lady Carla or something like that so anyway I kept calling back and I got a hold of a gentleman named John and he explained to me the adjustment team had declined to adjust it but they told me they were and left me waiting outside the motel basically from a little bit after 11:00 p.m. until I paid cash for the room at 1:50 in the morning so definitely very bad company messed up on my reservation wanted to charge me to fix it then said they'd fix it for free never call me back let me hanging in the middle of a parking lot don't do business with them you'll hate it!

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.

In addition to the reference B_xxxxxxx you got when you made the reservation, closer to the arrival date the hotel will be able to provide their Hotel Confirmation Number (HCN).
