I would give 0 stars if I could. I booked a reservation and their website sent a reservation for a standard one bed room when their site clearly showed a price for two beds. I have photos of what it showed. I got someone in the Philippines named Leona, she said I will need to charge you a cancelation fee. I said why would you charge me anything, you should just fix my reservation to what I booked. She said I am on the site and there is no issues and we have had no other complaints, like I am lying. I wish you could see the website pictures and you would know I am telling the truth. I asked for a supervisor and she said they were just going to tell me the exact same thing as she was telling me and they would not fix it, because I booked the wrong room. I got a call back from an agent who lied and said he was a supervisor. I was trying to tell him what happened and he cut me off and said I was talking too much. I asked for his name and refused to give it to me and hung the phone up in my ear. They have all this staff in the Philippine's working from home and the service is horrible. I booked the room their site showed me as two beds. I booked this for 3 men, and it says 3. Why would I ever book one queen bed for 3 grown big men? Do not ever use these people. They are dishonest and will not fix their issues and work to make things right. The site said total for 2 beds was 110.00 per night and with taxes and fees a total of $134.91. Beware they will not help you and they threaten you. I have noticed more and more that customer service employees in the Philippines are getting smart with US citizens and are not trying to help them resolve issues. Customer Service is horrible and only threatened me with fees and blamed me for messing up, when its their system that messed up. Stay clear of Super Travel. They are very very unethical and will not help you. Please see my photos showing what was presented on the site when I booked the reservation. Their site was wrong and listed two beds for the standard room and they would not fix the issue.
I deleted my original review as I told them I would because I am a person of integrity and do what I say I will.
Booked for the wrong weekend by mistake. After much back and forth they offered me almost a 50% refund. Not what I wanted but better then nothing.
I did pay the $29 cancellation fee but apparently they determined if the reason is valid for a refund. Originally denied all of the money.
Please please proceed with caution. Read and understand all the information before you book with them.
Made and paid for reservation on line. When I went to the hotel they had no reservation AND they were sold out. Went back to website- still showed availability- called customer service. Waited on wie for 20 minutes to speak to someone. Worthless. Said they'd escalate my problem and I'd get a call back in 15-20 mins.

I have used Super Travel countless times in the past and this was the FIRST time I have had a negative experience. I had a reservation in a tiny town that my stay is very dependent on others' actions. I tried to cancel and was informed that there are NO REFUNDS OR MODIFICATIONS. Knowing the nature of my visits, I would never book a room that was non-refundable but the lack of customer service or empathy is beyond me. I will NEVER use.this.service again and would strongly advise others to heed the same warning.
Call customer service never called back, emails never get answers and "chat" leads to the same answer and says they will email... Spend a few bucks and use Booking.com
They took my money for a room and the hotel could never find the booking. Then customer service gave me the run around and kept saying urgent care would contact me a whole two days later. Confirmation number is *******.
Well, I had my first encounter with this site and I would like to tell everybody that this is nothing but just a scam I said purchase the extra $20 refundable cancellation policy yet still they denied my request even though it is within their guidelines. They also like to use fear, mongering and scare tactics to keep people from going to their banks, and disputing their transactions, because they are nothing but any legitimate institution that has been doing nothing other than stealing money from hard-working people also known as American citizens, I will be seeing them in court and I will also be canceling my transactions with my bank because this is ridiculous and I will like to tell anybody never to use this site ever again since I can see already that nobody else has also ever wrote a good review about them.
I booked a room for 5 nights! I had to cancel my room due to it being dirty and weed inside my room. I looked at two rooms while I was at the hotel both horrible and smelled like weed. I have a two year old so of course I'm not going to put him in that situation.I spoke with a supervisor named Charles he told me if I cancel my reservation and get a written letter stating my room was canceled I would be able to book another room through them. Well the hotel I stayed at refused to write a letter for me they said super travel would have to call them.This was at 5:00 pm. As I'm writing this I am still trying to get in touch with them I have chatted with customer service online and they weren't helpful at all I have been on hold with them for 4 hours now still at number 3. So now I have nowhere to go and I'm in the car at 11:02 pm with a 2 year old.All because of super travel. They are horrible I would never book with them again they did not try to accommodate me in any way I spent over 400 on booking my hotel for 5 days this company is trash! Don't book with them they only care about taking your money! I am beyond pissed.This is the way they treat tree customers this company is a fraud and a scam.

I wanted to book Amour Alaçatı Boutique Hotel in Alaçatı Turkey through Trivago website on 10 June 2023. Trivago directed me to this site as the cheapest offer. Believing in the reliability of Trivago site, I booked one night through this site and paid for it. After paying, I doubted on the site's reality and later I called the hotel and they informed me that reservation was not made. After the payment screen, only a fake voucher appeared on the screen as I really made a reservation. No mail no nothing came to me. I've been scammed. Super.com defrauded me, took my money, did not make the reservation. I wish I wasn't directed to this site.

We want to let you know that it's common practice for hotels to process their 3rd party bookings closer to the check-in date, so they may not be able to share the number in their system yet. In addition to the reference you got when you made the reservation, closer to the arrival date the hotel will be able to provide their Hotel Confirmation Number (HCN). It is to be noted, that there are some hotels that have that number available closer to arrival but you can always check with our Support team so they can get that confirmed as soon as possible.
This is just to explain that we definitely not trying to mislead anyone and we are truly sorry that it has caused you this inconvenience. It is just that, unfortunately, that as a third-party we cannot control some properties can only see it closer to check-in versus others that can provide their HCN weeks in advance.
Super Travel. Do not book any 3rd party for hotels especially this company. The have their no refund/cancellation policy to screw over people. Booked for this weekend but they changed the dates to the following weekend and wouldn't do anything about it. Emailed them the issue was on THEIR end and Kelly referring me to their cancellation policy and closing the ticket on my issue. Worst thing I have ever seen from a company. DO NOT USE

I went to Trivago site and saw that Super.com had to lowest price
for the Hotel we wanted to stay at. Price was lower than the hotel even with senior discounts and Auto Club rates. Low fees no surprise add ons. Will use again.
I searched for a specific date, they listed the rates, chose a rate (happened to have a big warning that there was only one left!), they listed the rooms, I selected a room. The confirmation comes, all booked. Next thing I know the confirmation comes in an it is for the day I'm booking. Not sure exactly how the dates changed but if they refresh dates so you have to select again even though the entire booking process was for other dates is deceitful. To top it of, no refund OR modification. Too many reviews about the same experience. I'm not going to let this go.

This company is a scam, don't book anything with them. I was looking at the prices of hotel rooms and without any approval, my Apple Pay information was applied and the hotel was booked. I immediately called to explain what had happened and they told me "that's too bad, but there id nothing we can do". All I really wanted was a different hotel because the one booked genuinely did not work for me. They were not willing to do anything. Don't even open their website or you will risk this happening.

Typically 3rd party sites are user friendly regardless of not being the direct source, but when you're road tripping literally half way across the country you would expect them to get things right for you. Reliability and customer service are very low on the priority list for this company. Selected where i wanted to stay in the city we were driving to, lo and behold upon arrival after 10 hours of driving the hotel had no idea about us because it was booked in the wrong city. When asked to correct the mistake they refused any help. Strongly suggest looking elsewhere unless you actually enjoy sleeping on the side of the road after spending money on a hotel room anyway.

Booked a room with sea views on Super and was given a leser room overlooking the courtyard on arrival. The hotel received from Super the booking for the cheaper room, so it is error or wilful misrepresentation of the room on Super's website. Am currently chasing to get refunded the difference, I have made several calls to the 'help' line and emailed back and forth but the situation is no closer to resolution.

Alert for all travelers: don't ever book with SuperTravel. After booking with them and being charged we were told upon the arrival at 2 am that there is no hotel anymore. SuperTravel didn't help to rebook and left us on Brooklyn streets for the whole night

Charges for tax only then other fees for hotel when you get there. The price ended up being way too much so $300 went to waste as the Supertravel would not refund it.

Awful business practices. They will draw you in by advertising rooms at low prices, force you to give a phone number or related social account info to proceed with booking, allow you to go far through the booking process, only to finally let you know that rate is sold out and suggest higher priced (no longer competitive with competition) options as alternatives. A classic bait and switch!

I was stranded late at night on the street in Mexico because SuperTravel neglected to send the booking (for which I had a confirmation in hand) to the hotel. The hotel was full as were almost all others in the area. I was not refunded for the initial charge OR the added expenses I incurred scrambling to find other accommodations late at night (at an exceptionally high price). Super's customer service is the worst ever. Do not expect any help. I recommend NEVER using SuperTravel if you hope to enjoy any part of your holiday.

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
