I had okay use out of them, but a hotel they listed as pet-friendly was not pet-friendly, it only allowed dogs. I booked it at 5pm, and 15minutes later I was asking for some help because I was denied board for it. They refused to help, "helpfully" clarified that "pet-friendly" meant "dog-friendly" and that was that. I was about to be out $70 for their lack of clarification. I think /most/ people will think cats and dogs when they think "pet-friendly". It's a buggy app, with minimal deals. They trick you into thinking you have $100s in credits, but only let you use a few dollars at a time per booking. Don't waste your money or time like me.

15/4/23: booked an hotel through SuperTravel.
17/4/23: four-figure sum taken from my account.
18/4/23: was in contact with the hotel; no booking made on my behalf.
Numerous online chats with the company who promised to get their "amendment team" to fix this and to communicate with me. No fix and no contact.
25/5/23: Online consumer company whom I contacted on 22/4/23 took my concerns.to SuperTravel. This agency reported back to me that SuperTravel had received but not read or acted upon my message to them.
Moral of this sad tale: do NOT, under any circumstances, use this company. I believe that there would be a very strong chance that you would pay them for a flight or accommodation which you would not get! Do not believe positive customer reviews; According to one online consumer company, out of 26.3 K telephone calls, only 7% of issues were resolved. 59% of customer contacts were to request a refund. You may well be told that your booking is non-refundable!

Fraud. Total Scam

I got to the hotel, there was water on the floor because a roof leak, there was no hot water in the room.
I went to the office and a refund was refused because I booked with super travel. I tried to call them and got a message saying it was not a working number. So I disputed the charge on my credit card, but they sided with the fraudulent company because I could not prove I did not stay there. But I could not reach anyone from super travel
Please be advised the company Super Travel is a total Scam and you will not get your money back.

Because we're a 3rd party booking service, the standards of the hotel and the availability of their amenities are out of our control. In cases like this, we have found that it is most effective to take concerns directly to the hotel management. If something goes amiss during your stay, please let the hotel know directly. The only exception that would allow us to issue a refund or compensation would be if you had reached out directly to the accommodation, and they send you our way because you have reached an agreement. Worse booking company

4/7/23 booked a room got to hotel virtual card no good but super made good on it after an hr of my time... booked thru them for the next night 4/8/23 and it happened again... this time got no return call had to pay hotel directly... hotel sent invoice to super and I sent bank transaction showing I had to pay them after paying super... still to this day no refund... never again will I use this company... ALL BEWARE

Frauds!

My husband booked a room for a week, they money was taken out of our account. My husband waiting for a confirmation and never received one. We contacted them and they claimed they did charge our account and therefore there was no booking. After I proved to them they took the money out of my account they still denied it and said they couldn't help and I would have to wait for my bank to reverse the charges. I couldn't call my bank because it was a Sunday. I told them that it didn't help because one he needed a room booked and we didn't have the extra money to book again since they took the money out of our account. All they would say was sorry for the misunderstanding. They never said how can we make this right or fix this it was we're sorry for the misunderstanding. This company has the worst customer service and they will take your money and claim they didn't, even when you show them proof They are frauds and theifs.

In cases where the booking doesn't go through, no charges are made, as this is rather an authorization hold or pre-authorization, and it shows in your bank as pending. This service is offered by your card provider whereby the provider puts a hold on the amount approved by the cardholder, reducing the balance of available funds until the merchant settles the transaction. Because your desired purchase was no longer available, Snaptravel has not charged you and so your card processor will release the hold placed.

The estimated time for this release varies if you used a debit or credit card, and depending on the issuing bank's policy.

I will never go through this site ever again. My husband made a reservation for Double tree in Nashville only to find out that there in no parking at the hotel. When we called to cancel our reservation, we were told they could not refund us. So $170 wasted. The hotel said there is a $60 parking fee which was never mentioned at the booking site or even mentioned that additional fees will apply and to contact the hotel before making reservations. On top of it all there was zero mentions before booking that they have do not refund or cancel reservation. When I called I was told that it was in their policy however you can't read their policy until after you make your reservations. Save yourself the headache and book with another travel site or contact the hotel directly.

Please note that the listing did include the room rate and hotel fees in their price. SuperTravel displays the room rate and then the additional hotel fees are in the "About" section of the hotel card, both pre-booking and in the customer's voucher post-booking.

DO NOT USE

I have spent over 30 hours trying to remedy my 2 nights hotel. I booked a day off so I called them immediately. I was told I was 68th in line and I would get a call back. I never did. Today, I asked for a call back and 4 hours later, when I answered, a machine voice said I had stepped away and hung up. Now, I am on hold for 90 minutes and I am still only in 24th place to be answered. I chatted with them and they send canend responses over and over and over. They asked me to get written permission to rebook the dates from the hotel and I did BUT now they are saying I need written approval to cancel and rebook. The hotel said they are the only ones that can do this. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. There is ZERO support, they don't have real people on chat, and you must book via text. They send you a voucher, not a booking. And at the end, they ask for a TIP! They say "you saved $50 how about tipping us that $50. HUH? I ended up saving $25/night but it took up my whole weekend trying to fix it and it isn't fixed yet. I will most likely end up paying over $200 for my mistake when if I booked with Expedia or directly, they would have just fixed it.

This company is border line fraudulent. They took my money right away, sent me a confirm number. I called the hotel 3 days later to make sure they had my reservation, and low and behold they did not. I spent an hour trying to get through to their over seas customer service, and they gave me a new confirm number, telling me they called the hotel and had my reservation. I call the hotel, and they say yeah they spoke to the haji and told them they dont have any rooms for that night. Now I am fighting to get my money back, and will likely need to send a written complaint and documents to the credit card company. Save yourself the trouble and dont use this can artist company,

Beware using this website. They are dishonest. I booked a hotel trip and they tacted on a $25 fee when I did not request it. Customer service said they were sorry but were not willing to fix the problem. When I booked it showed one price after the confirmation was sent it showed the extra fee.

I needed to cancel a reservation 4 days prior to check-in. The hotel required a 48-hr cancelation for a full refund. I was basing my decision on the hotels policy. This is a ripoff.

Please note that if you made a reservation through our platform, you must follow the policies of your purchase, not what would be the policy for those you purchased via the hotel site. Unfortunately, this means that if you booked a non-refundable deal we are unable to make any changes to your booking, including changing the dates, and cancellation without hotel approval. Please remember that this was listed on the cancellation policy, on the booking form before you confirmed the reservation, as well as after the reservation was completed and you received the confirmation email.

This is my first time through you - I received an answer to all my requests.
-I was looking for a hotel in a good location, at a fair price and with a comfortable room for me as an adult who is close to 70 years old and I got what I wanted - and in addition its proximity to the airport and the center I want to travel to - helps me a lot in getting around. Thank you.

Travel is expensive; sometimes things change and flexibility is required. Forget that here. They give you a refund window and its short. If you need to change; out of luck.
I'm not using them again. I lost my job; explained to the customer service. No compassion for a reason to accommodate an exception to their policy.

Update: they did give me a refund. Maybe they are decent people after all. I'll update once my credit has arrived

WHY I DID NOT BOOK

Sad really but I had a list of Booking agents come up, never heard of Super Travel before, they came in the cheapest GBP 311 against GBP 356 night, I was curious before booking and paying two nights, a nice saving GBP 90 and I would have loved to have clicked the reservation and payment, but I was not comfortable only because not heard of the Brand before, so thought I would search first Trustpilot and see negative reviews...I am sorry but that is the importance of Reviews... I hope this gets published SuperTravel may take on board dissatisfaction of clients is damaging.rated one star for marketing excellence however

The card is completely unusable. I try to use it on Amazon - declined. Gas stations - declined. Walmart - declined. So I reached out to the support and they said I could take out the $60.19 I had deposited by taking the card to a local bank branch. I tried that when I was at a Bank of America branch. Declined.

Now everytime I try to get the support to fix this or help me get my money out via chat or email, they say they can't help and I have to call the support phone number. And I call the support phone number and each time you have to spend 30 minutes waiting just to get to talk to a human. So in a few separate occasions, I spent long long hours on the phone waiting and talking to customer service persons who need to ask a hundred questions about my identification. Then each time I try to get them to address my unusable card, they tell me to wait for the "headquarter" or the "appropriate department" to contact me so they can reactivate my account or something. So I wait and wait... Nothing. Just dead silence each time. I'm now convinced that they'll just do whatever they can get away with to keep their customers' money trapped for as long as they can.

Your money is precious. Stay away from SuperCash because you will lose access to your money and I'm not sure if you can easily get it back (if at all). I have filed compaints with CFPB, BBB and California State's Attorney General's Office. User's recommendation: Just do not sign up for a SuperCash card.

Additionally, one of our Support Supervisors contacted you via phone and email last week (Wednesday, April 12th). As noted in the email from the same Support Supervisor, we have released the suspension as of yesterday (Wednesday, April 12th). This means that you are free to continue to use your card or withdraw your funds and close your account if you wish.

Terrible customer support

The basically keep giving you cannoned answers and are not helpful at all.
My wife had some health issues during our travel and the hotels were happy to help but super travel was not. The refuse to get in touch with the hotels like Expedia ou Hotel.com always do and didn't refund us.

Won't be using the service anymore

The price quoted online was misleading. Super.com added ~$70 of fees without notifying me. Their customer service person, Angel, was unyielding, uncommunicative, and unhelpful.
