I tried to get a room at days in for a night that was a total of 55 buck and when i got there days in said its and extra 150 deposit for the room or i could get a room that could not have working ac, heat or a tv. I will never use this sight again or go to this hotel ever.
They offer a very low price to get your credit card information and then they will tell you that the room is already sold, if they got you, keep checking your credit card, they are scammers

I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews. If you can read and follow instructions you should get through the site easily. I reserved rooms in three different cities for my road trip and everything went very smoothly. A couple of motels wanted a security deposit, which has nothing to do with SuperTravel, and then if you don't trash the room, you should get it back within 7-10 days. One motel was deceptive about their breakfast, but that had nothing to do with SuperTravel either. These little glitches are common. All in all I'm very pleased with using SuperTravel, they were the least expensive but for one city that I had to book through the hotel site because ST did not have any hotels available in that city.
Hello, I was pleasantly surprised after I checked all my usual apps, Priceline, cheap air, Expedia, Booking.com, and the rate for all with tax was around $180.00. I then googled Hilton garden inn Cancun airport and it listed all the places to book and Super Travel was listed, which I hadn't heard of before. I travel a lot. Super Travel was the cheapest showing $80 including all taxes except a $5 tax I had to pay at the hotel. At first I didn't think it was accurate or was a different location or a scam for that matter. When I clicked Super Travel and confirmed me dates to stay it gave me a $80 rate which was so much cheaper. All the other sites had the stay at $180 a night. I went ahead and booked the room and when I got to the hotel I gave my name and they had my reservation and it was already paid. I will be using super travel to book all my future stays. I only wish they had flights. Believe me Super Travel offered me the best rates possible.
Just read the reviews. Same exact thing with me. It shows a rate but then you go through and put all your information only for it to say there are no rooms available. Will report them to the FTC and encourage everyone else to do the same

I use Super a lot. I even have their credit card which you get 10% cash back when you use it to book hotels through them. They do provide all the information. I think folks get excited about a low price and forget to look at all the details. There were never any surprise fees. It's all spelled out. The hotels always has my reservations and they are always surprised at the rates I get.
I booked a hotel and realized I was going to be in a different part of Florida. As long as it says refundable. They will refund you. I will continue to use them for all my travel means. Saved quite a bit of $$$ using their service
Decided to get a room for my reset, which would have cost around $170 but only paid $115. That help me a lot since I stayed two days. Truly recommend using this app will definitely help save a few dollars.

I reserved a room through them... My card got charged made it to the hotel front deck... And couldn't check in. The owner of the hotel said that the number Super travel provided them with didn't work... And I had to get in touch with them. For a refund because it was nothing he could do... And I still haven't gotten my refund yet from them... Very poor business taking people hard earned money...

COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY! Hotel had no record of my reservation when I tried checking in. Spent 45 minutes on hold with their customer service while standing in the hotel lobby. Had to rebook again with my credit card. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

I see bad reviews, and I am not sure why. I get a corporate discount when I travel and I couldn't believe this site offered $15 less than the best rate. It is with a hotel I usually stay at. I had no issues checking in. The clerk looked up the reservation and told me it was all paid.
I did a reservation for a Hotel in Guadalajara Mexico for for three nights, when I arrive at the hotel, they tell me that there is no reservation in my name and also the hotel was completely full, so I contacted Super Travel, by phone. They told me that they were going to help me and that they would solve my problem, looking for me another Hotel, so I waited a few hours in a restaurant. At the time they contact me, they tell me that they cannot contact the hotel and that at the moment they cannot get another hotel. So I told them that if I made a reservation through Expedia they could reimburse me, and in an email I sent them the receipt and they accepted, they commented that in 72 hours they would return the money from Expedia. Two days go by and I receive an email from the Super Travel company, saying: we cannot refund your money since you never arrived at the hotel without checking in. I contacted them again by phone and asked them why they were giving me false statements saying that I had never been to the check-in. So I contacted the Hotel directly and spoke to the person at the reception who had attended me when I wanted to check in. I talked to him and he told me that he was going to send me a letter saying that I was at the hotel and that when I checked my reservation, it did not exist. The Hotel also send the mail to the company Super Travel. To date I have not received my refund and I have sent eight emails and dialed five times by phone and the ineptitude of the staff does not know how to tell me what is happening! They just stole my money!

I booked. Its the correct hotel and correct dates. I booked with option for full cancellation. I'll have to see if we need to cancel what they will do. And when we check in, if any problems. But I'll make sure to email the hotel now to make sure they have our reservation. Based on the negative reviews below. Will see.
Impossible to get to a person. Finally got a text person and nothing they could do. I accidentally booked the wrong motel (two in the same town with the same name, very different locations) could not transfer the reservation or refund. Just out. I canceled the reservation with the wrong motel but said I had to contact the booking company to get rebooked. It was not possible or a refund!? Do not use this booking company!

If I had a web site and I sold chickens on my web site you go to my web site I have a search bar that asks what are you looking for you type in chickens my search browser says looking for chickens the search browser stops it says I found the 10 best chickens for you and a page opens you click and open the first four and they are exactly what they are suppose to be you see the fifth one it has a really good price and it says last one at this price hurry get it now so you click buy now instead of opening it like you did the last four you believed it was what it said it was. You purchased 10 chickens and were very happy about your purchase. Your in your car driving and your phone goes ding you look at it and it says confirmed your purchase of 9 chickens and one duck. Do you say what no wait a minute or do you say oh silly me and let it go. So who's fault is it is it mine because I slipped a duck in with the chickens or yours because you took me at face value and believed me when I said chickens and the best 10 chickens and you failed to check everything. My fault or your fault?

I booked a hotel room for my daughter's birthday for one night and this company never sent the hotel the conformation number, so I was unable to check in at 4:00pm which is check-in time. I had been calling the hotel and super travel all week to get and see if the hotel had received a confirmation number for me to check-in on March17,2023-March18,2023 at 4:00pm and up until March 17,2023 a little after 3:00pm the hotel had yet to see reservations under my name no confirmation number or nothing. I later after 6:06pm got an email from super travel stating they are sorry for the long wait, but the reservation is well-confirmed at the property. By that time, I had been requested a refund because my daughter needed a room before 6:00pm clearly. I got no response and had to keep emailing them about my refund for days they later responded denying my request which is so wrong. They are stealing people's money and it's just not right. I pray nobody else gets scammed like I did.

I reserved a Hotel room at San Francisco for 5 nights,. Expedia and Hotwire were showing total cost $1282.00 including tax AND resort fee. While Super travel was showing $1202.99 eincluding tax AND "fee". So I assumed by "fee" they meant resort fee. After reservation I tried to contact them to verify BUT there is no way to contanct them. Then I called the hotel and they said they do NOT know. Eventually the hotel charged me resort fee of $168.85. That essentially means they collected resort fee from me but did NOT pay it to hotel. Stay away from these thieves.

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
