I reserved a Hotel room at San Francisco for 5 nights,. Expedia and Hotwire were showing total cost $1282.00 including tax AND resort fee. While Super travel was showing $1202.99 eincluding tax AND "fee". So I assumed by "fee" they meant resort fee. After reservation I tried to contact them to verify BUT there is no way to contanct them. Then I called the hotel and they said they do NOT know. Eventually the hotel charged me resort fee of $168.85. That essentially means they collected resort fee from me but did NOT pay it to hotel. Stay away from these thieves.
Held my booking for ransom and was unreasonable with assisted after hotel approved for this company to modify all foreign agent kept doing repeat the same crap over and over. Now if I would have paid extra money when I book then they would modify the reservation. It ashamed how people are so greedy. HOPE anyone reading this choose different alternative like Expedia or anyone but them.the customer service line would never let you talk to anyone so I hit hotel option and that when a person finally answer. Total was of time and I out of money cause I use this useless company

I paid $71 on the 21st for a one night hotel. Just to get told when I got there that it was canceled by super travel. Wth! And now it's Saturday and I'm still being told I have to wait for my refund. Why? It's my mo ey you took now give it back andi will never use this company again they scams

Asked to change a date (not even a refund) as I had to head out of town because I was told that my mom was hospitalized. Not worth saving $10 or $20.

I am a manager at a Hotel and this company has sent multiple people to our hotel advising they had reservations with us. But this is not the case. There never and I mean never is a reservation. We have called an tried to get them to stop but they still do not stop. Please, call the hotel to confirm the reservation. Actually call to see if the Hotel even takes reservations from Super Travel. It could save you Money as they do not refund.

They booked the wrong date charged $13 extra for cancellation fee upon booking and denied refund, when I called directly to Super Travel they hang up on me called back and they just simply hang up again. I am ripped off by them what a scam do not book with Super Travel do not let this happen to you

I tried to cancel my reservation and the motel said it would be fine since it was 48 hours in advance that I wouldn't be charged but I went through this app somehow and they wouldn't let me cancel or refund my money, I even asked if I could change the booking through them so they still get paid but they wouldn't do it. I think it's BS that the hotel was willing to cancel the reservation without charging me but this site wouldn't and charged an extra $80 for taxes or whatever on my bill. I would not recommend this site to anybody they do not work with you at all no matter the circumstances. No other website has no cancellation and extra fees it's a scam.

On a trip to South America they overcharged me more than $200 dollars. Won't accept any kind of disputes. I have proof and copies. No real person to talk to. Th BBB WILL BE NOTIFIED. NEVER USE THIS PEOPLE. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

They didn't answer the phone until after 30 minutes said someone would call me back in 45 min no one ever did I had to call back 3 hours later then someone called back an hour later & explained that a double king room means one king bed so she couldn't do anything else for me she just didn't care I would recommend never using this agency they're terrible kids are on the floor now

Made reservation days in advance show up to the hotel they dont have my reservation. Called customer service they tried squaring it away. Hotel acknowledged theres a reservation but their payment was declined. Trying to get a hold of them been waiting for an hour

Book directly through the hotel because you cannot get a refund within 1 week of your arrival. From my experience, this was a very costly mistake!

Unfortunately, the only exception to deviate from the original policy of your booking would be if you had reached out directly to the accommodation, and they send you our way because you have reached an agreement. In that case, you must ensure you get written confirmation that they will discount or refund your stay, outlining the date of stay and guest name.

It was very easy to book with this site, they gave some of the best rates that I saw for the hotel in which I stayed I will def use them again to book
I used this site as Snaptravel now supertravel. I was concerned as it was a great deal. It was refundable and I was able to confirm with the hotel. I was still doubtful but when I got to the hotel everything went smoothly. I was on a lower floor than my sister who paid full price. But otherwise comparable room. This was my only booking but since then I've booked another. I will post if there is a problem.
This website deceives customers into believing it is the cheapest option only to markup the price by 21% at the time of purchase. They sneak this charge on your bill by bundling it with the taxes under a row called "taxes and fees". I attached the screenshot of my conversation with them.

I made a reservation for the Wooley Hotel in Denver the day before travel so I was pretty certain of the dates. I received an email confirmation but did not check it until I arrived at the hotel. I was for the following week. I called Supertravel and after a wait was told by customer service there's nothing they can do unless I pay $80 dollars. They did however feel my pain, would be upset just like me etc. A week later the room went empty. Customer service reached out to find out more but about 72 hours later they informed me that my window for responding was over. I wrote but they responded: sorry, the window is over and we're not paying attention to anything you write. That is remarkable.

Listen to the reviewers! We got to our hotel… and they said the company never sent them the money and that they had no contact number… we had traveled far and had to double pay for a hotel! Screw this company!

Hotel booked through this service was a dump, Days Inn Mooresville NC. Attempts to contact Super Travel were unsuccessful. Chat, text, email, phone calls all went un responded to. Only successful communication was an automated message, text, asking me to rate their service. Needless to say the rating is less than poor...

It has taken many phone calls to Super Travel to cancel my reservation. The hotel was Best Western but the cancellation had to go through Super Travel. I have never had such a terrible and exhausting time trying to cancel a reservation. I'm still awaiting the refund. It felt like Super Travel wanted to make it very difficult to cancel and they had hoped they could bully me into not canceling. I will never go through Super Travel/Snap Travel again.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
