This service is disgusting on another level! They will make you run after your own money like a dog! You book a hotel with them, then show up at the hotel and hotel doesn't honor the booking. Then you reach out to them and ask them to process a refund because the hotel did not honor the booking. They will contact the hotel, then tell you that they confirmed with them that your booking was not honored and then they will tell you that they still can't give you a refund until you go back to the hotel and get an invoice, scan it and then email it to them. Telling you they're disgusting. If you don't value your time and have no respect for yourself then may be this will fly otherwise stay away from this platform. Another level disgusting!
Do yourself a favor, and don't even think about booking your hotel through this website. I don't care how much money you'll be saying it's just not worth it - trust me. I booked my hotel for Europe through this website. The week before my flight, I called the hotel to confirm that my reservation was still active ( so lucky I did that). The hotel told me that my reservation was canceled by a third party without any reason. So I called SuperTravel. At first, they seemed like they were handling it and were working on my booking. They told me they were contacting the hotel and talking to the reservation team so I could get a full refund.
Three days go by. No refund. No call. Nothing The hotel told me that SuperTravel never contacted them. This is all fraud and a scam. They get your money, book your hotel and then cancel it without telling you. Good luck trying to get a refund as they will put you through 20 customer services representatives all saying the same thing.
So, I know it's tempting, but trust me. This is a scam. They should be out of business for taking people's money. Don't book here.

They tell you one price and charge another. Was unable to use any of the promo codes/referral codes that was promised at the beginning. When calling customer service to get help they're lost and barely understand English. They will literally ask you the same question 1000x.

I.T. Company that takes bookings and payment for non existent accomodation. If you are lucky enough to request a refund before you turn up to your hotel, then you will be charged a $310 booking fee which they pocket even though you had no choice but to cancel the fraudulent booking. SCAM SCAM SCAM
Hi Lara,
We appreciate you letting us know about your experience and we are so sorry you have that perception about our service. We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with our business, and we apologize for any way in which we may have inconvenienced you.
Kindly be advised that we do not see any communications you made with our team in regards to your concerns. It also appears you have cancelled the reservation and have been refunded in full. We want to let you know that it's common practice for hotels to process their 3rd party bookings closer to the check-in date, so they may not be able to share the number in their system yet. In addition to the reference B_8696962 you got when you made the reservation, closer to the arrival date the hotel will be able to provide their Hotel Confirmation Number (HCN).
It is to be noted, that there are some hotels that have that number available closer to arrival but you can always check with our Support team so they can get that confirmed as soon as possible.
This is just to explain that we definitely not trying to mislead anyone and we are truly sorry that it has caused you this inconvenience. It is just that, unfortunately, that as a third-party we cannot control some properties can only see it closer to check-in versus others that can provide their HCN weeks in advance.
In addition, we see that the $310 you mentioned is actually the enhanced refund policy you have purchased along with your reservation. We hope we were able to clarify.
This company took our reservation, booked our card immediately, and then when we showed up at the hotel it was sold out. We waited hours in the lobby (I had just had surgery) and the hotel manager felt bad for us and cleaned up a room that just had one bed when our booking was for two. I message Super Travel about this and after much back and forth, they at first said they would cancel my reservation, but I was already in the lesser room we took because it was 11:00 pm and I had just had surgery, I need to lay down. Then they said they would refund my original payment because of the hassle. A minute later I received a text saying my reservation was cancelled by then! Looks like they are doing this, so they don't lose out, they are trying to scam the hotel now. Fortunately I screenshotted the entire chat which shows me saying that I didn't want a cancellation and shows them clearly stating they would be refunding my credit card because of the hassle, so this can share with the Better Business Bureau as well as my Credit Card company and the hotel manager.
Hi Tamara, we appreciate you writing in.
We are sincerely sorry to hear that you had trouble with your reservation. Some incidents might occur in the travel industry that we cannot control as a third-party booking site, but we have procedures in place to reduce that negative impact as much as possible.
We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with our business, and we apologize for any way in which we may have inconvenienced you.
This matter has been escalated to our Urgent Care team who will be reaching out to the accommodation and the travel partner to investigate what happened and will follow up with you as soon as possible.
We see that the team has assisted you with your concern. Please note that the team provided a free of charge cancellation as well as a credit to your account. Please note that our team could only either secure the room (which they have already paid for to be upgraded) or to have it cancelled free of charge.
We reiterate our apologies for any inconvenience and look forward to having the chance to serve you in the future.
Booked a room via Super Travel; payment was immediately taken out of my checking account; however, the hotel never received my payment.
I had to pay twice using another booking site, so the hotel would receive payment & I could have a place to sleep for the night.

This is a scam. I booked a hotel room B_******* in Melbourne. When I received the confirmation it was a totally different room than SnapTravel advertised. I then arrived at the hotel and they said I had not paid for my accommodation. I contacted support and they gave me their spiel about it being non-refundable. I would like someone to get in contact with me and I have provided my reference number so you can do so.
Hi Holly,

I booked a night at La Quinta Inn on the site. Plugged in the correct date, then when I clicked to move forward, the date was changed to this coming night. I contacted them right away on their chat. They refused to change the reservation and said it was non refundable. Clearly a chatbot, and nobody to speak with. Complete rip off artists. I protested the charge with AMEX
Hi Jerry
We are truly sorry to hear about your experience. Please note that we do not have the ability to modify any reservations or change your research.
Every reservation is made based o the search that is made in order to list the options based on the criteria that you have input. If the dates that you have selected are not available, the system lets you know and shows the next available dates. It is the guest's responsibility to confirm the dates and the hotel before moving to the payment page and then finalizing the purchase.
Regrettably, we do not have the power to override the policy of your reservation without hotel approval.
We reiterate our apologies for any inconvenience and look forward to having the chance to serve you in the future.
Website says all you do is show up amd give your name. Hotel says they don't see my name anywhere and they didn't even want my confirmation number. The hotel manager and his wife had dirty bate feet on the lobby couch! Horrible and filthy and nasty horrible customer service.

Easy to find good hotels cheaper than others. But you have to be sure of your dates (non refundable).
I reserved what I thought was a hotel from the images shown for a one-night out-of-town stay. Upon arrival, I went to the "office" to check in and it was not an office at all. I called the phone number associated with the hotel and a woman answered with no indication that it was a place of business. I let her know I was there to check-in. Her voice was completely muffled and I could not make out what she was saying. After 30 minutes of back and forth with calls and texts- I learned this was in fact an Airbnb and I was going to be charged an additional $56.25 for my one-night stay for a "Cleaning Fee." This brought the cost of the stay to a range I had not wanted nor intended to spend. I also had to complete an online packet that took much longer than a hotel would have to make this experience one that I did not want in time or money. Since the stay was non-refundable, I was forced to pay the fee or lose the money I had already paid to Super. When I contacted Super and asked about the additional charges for the room, they told me that this information was under the hotel's "about" policy- it was not. I asked for an image of its location, and they would not provide it. When I sent the image of Super's policy stating "There will be no additional charges or fees for the room" they were super sketchy and told me that the hotel can charge any fees they want and refused to refund me. Basically, Super is advertising great low rates but beware of hidden fees from the establishments. Super does not care. They also won't tell you if you chose an Airbnb, not a hotel, before booking. I will not be using them again.

I needed to cancel our reservation through SuperTravel at Yavapailo Lodge by 2/21 but that date passed before our flights were cancelled on 2/22 due to a snow emergency. I called Yavapailo Lodge to cancel & was told that I had to contact Supertravel, since we booked through them. I've been calling *******321 since 2/24 and the response is always"Sorry the phone number was not found.Goodbye." We had to submit a dispute through our credit card company, hopefully we will be refunded for the canceled reservation.

Best experience ever. Honestly the best one ever in my life. I highly recommend. Definitely booking again thank you so much
If you happen to have an emergency, forget getting a refund from this site. Have a medical issue? Forget it. Don't book here!

Their business model is simple. Get you good deals on your first 2-3 bookings. Once you are hooked, they begin charging you all kind of fraudulent charges. They stop honoring reservations booked on their site. Meaning you can book hundreds of dollars worth of reservations and when you get to the hotel, the hotel has no record of you. Better yet, they have to customer service so you are stuck. I strongly do not recommend.
Word on the streets is they are involved in peddling people's credit cards on the black market. Be warned! Any positive reviews about them is not real. They are paid for!
Hi Harry

OMG! I have never had such a run-around in my life! I thought I was booking reservation on the hotel site last Oct. I did not receive confirmation via email so had no way to reference the #. I called the hotel and they told me I booked through Expedia, gave me a confirmation # and talked to them 3 times with no hotel booked through them. They referred me to hotels.com, no luck. I checked my bank statement from last year to see Super Travel and the phone number was disconnected! Went online and called another number and if you don't have the confirmation number you can't alter the reservation, how convenient not to send one! After a week of a ridiculous attempt to cancel, I called Citibank and disputed the charge and have been given credit for the hotel charge. I gave the hotel a courtesy call to tell them the room is available because I will be a no-show! This screams SCAM and all I can do is post this review to warn people to be very watchful of who you are booking through! They falsified Expedia on the reservation with a phony confirmation # and I will be sure never to fall for this again!

I knew what motel I wanted to go to and when I looked it up it showed that Super Travel had a great price. After booking the room I didn't receive a confirmation email. I get to the motel to check in and I don't have a room reserved. I go ahead and just book the room through the motel at the front desk. After I got into my room I decided to check my bank account to see if I was charged. Sure enough, it says Super Travel. The good thing is I think my bank declined it because it says +the amount I booked the room for to go back into my account. I also checked to see if it was pending in my transition by calling my bank and listening to it. It never mentioned it was pending. Im going to call them to make sure again that they did catch these scammers or whoever they are. I will not book any room through Super Travel. This is why I love my bank because nothing gets passed them

0/1000 NEVER USE!
1. You book a non cancelable Hotel on their site
2. They cancel the Hotel Booking 7 days before arrival - How is that even possible or legal?
3. They blame payment issues (false), but give you no other option to pay
4. They don't even refund you and just take your money
5. You don't have a Hotel, they have your money and leave you stranded
(its 2 days before travel now - their support just tells me to wait for company announcement! On a weekend! While offering you 0 options what I could do)
Seriouly, this behaviour is criminal and beyond unacceptable. How can you leave your customer stranded?
I will file a complaint and chargeback the money.
--------------------
Bonus Point: Their whole scheme is dynamic pricing. They send you SMS Verification, then only show you prices. As soon as you want to book, they inform you price went up - which is not true - just charging extra money. For every new search price goes up again - but only for you. If you use a different number for SMS verification, you get a better price.
So even if this site worked out (it didn't I just lost money and got no Hotel), it's highly unethical and just tries to overcharge you. So never ever use this.

Took my money off my card immediately. Hotel had no reservations for me. Kept getting hung up on when I kept calling customer service. Had to pay for hotel again face to face. Lost out on money! They do not offer refunds or cancellations. Hotel offered me the same price this fraud company offered me. Wish I would have never fell for this SCAM! Lesson learned! Please keep reporting SuperTravel so they can stop scamming people and getting away with it.

Answer: They were $3 cheaper but ended up being very expensive
Answer: The quickest and easiest way to cancel your Super+ membership is through our automated phone system—no need to wait or speak with an agent! Call our customer service line at +1 (844) 461-2577, then choose the Super+ Membership option for our self-serve cancellation. It's fast, simple, and can be done anytime.
Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
