Be sure you check for hidden fees in the booking confirmation not disclosed through the booking process. But charged by the hotel. This is how they offer cheap prices, as the hotel stings you on arrival, significantly. They tried to dupe us with 'resort fees' which amount to an additional 25% extra. When raised, they pointed to an obscure part of the website that says there 'may' be additional fees, no detail on how much.
In addition, all credit we earned through previous bookings was redundant as we can't log into their system. They said they can't help. Not surprising. Absolutely unconscionable behaviour.
I paid for a room ahead of time through this company. They canceled my reservation, took my money and left me and my family hanging. Had to book with the hotel at twice the price when we arrived. They will tell you they are working on your case with their "urgent case team" it's all BS.

This business is a fraud and steals people's money. If I could give zero stars, I would. It won't be long before they're shut down due to their poor, unethical business practices. They refuse to accommodate, amend or provide ANY customer service outside of stealing your money. Save yourself the hassle, headache and STRESS and pay the extra $20 to book through an official website. This business is an absolute SCAM. I've had to report fraud on my credit card.

I booked a room with this site because they had the best rate. I confirmed and paid for a King suite with firework views and when I got to the hotel, I got a view of a parking lot. Customer service was horrible and they hung up on me when I called to get it sorted out.
The hotel itself was much more apologetic, but couldn't get me the room I booked because they were sold out.
I couldn't get a refund and all I was offered was a booking credit. Yeah, right! Like I would book with these con artists again!

There was a charge from this company, who I've never used before in my life, for $229 and I call them to see who they are and why and they tell me to call my bank. But it was YOUR COMPANY that charged me, not my bank so someone had tried to commit fraud and they are completely useless

Now I'm aware that it states that all sales are non-refundable, nor can any cancellations/modifications be made. That particular detail hadn't been given to me until AFTER I booked and purchased the room. How the $#*! is something like that not a $#*!ing crime? So I make the purchase, walk my $#*! there, to be told that documented locals whom take to making a reservation through a 3rd party associated with Best Western, are not under any circumstances, allowed to stay at their $#*!ing hotel, absolutely NO exceptions. That $#*!ing detail hadnt been stated on their website either, nor was that brought to my attention until I arrived at the hotel. So last night after I freaked the $#*! out, they gave me a phone number to call for a supposed "refund", right? Assuring me that I'd receive the refund that same evening post phone call. Thar $#*!ing business isn't even open until standard business hours. So after I frantically messaged you, I called the company, whom will not to the refund at all, despite Admitting there was NO way of me knowing I wouldn't be able to stay there until AFTER the purchase was verified, then claimed to be "terribly sorry", only for me to $#*!ing snap dude. I'm sorry, but you call that self-induced drama? Perhaps it's drama, but how is one not expected to get angry to a homicidal degree in a situation such as this? Ray dude, I'm so sorry, and I know it seems like I'm using you. But I promise, I did EVERYTHING I could to not let this go to $#*!. And I'm just taking advantage of your offer, but please don't send me anymore money, despite me requesting it or not. The guilt is eating me alive, man. Can I do anything at all to at least work some of it off?

I was using Google Hotel Search to find a hotel. The best deal popped up from Super.com, I have made the booking, provided all my credit card data and then immediately the whole booking disappeared. I have spoken with the "chat bot" on their website with no real success.
Please aware of the site: They still your phone number and credit card!

I booked a room for an overnight stay for travel in April. I am currently in NY, and the hotel is in VA. I chose the dates, used PayPal to pay, and was pretty happy with the savings compared to the hotel's website (around $20). I wasn't sure the company was legit, and the negative reviews online didn't help, but I decided to take a chance after seeing it was a verified business on BBB. My confirmation came through, but when I checked it I saw the reservation was for TONIGHT (2/11 check-in, at 11:48 PM - from NY to Richmond). I was a little worried when I saw "non-refundable" everywhere, but figured it would be an easy fix. It is not. I have been working with a live agent who insists he is not a bot and keeps saying that it is refundable. Even though this should be an easy fix, he just doubles down and tells me I knowingly booked a room in Virginia at 11:48 pm from Western NY for that night.
I am leaving this review to help others know that this website isn't worth the savings. I have opened a dispute with PayPal but I anticipate this being a drawn out process. Meanwhile, I'm out $100.10/10 do not recommend.

I paid for a 1 night hotel in Atlantic City. I requested a name change for the primary guest and paid an extra $15 just to make the request. SuperTravel NEVER contacted the hotel to make the name change. I contacted the hotel and was provided an email address to give to SuperTravel so they could request the name change (doing their job for them). When I did that, SuperTravel reprimanded me, and told me I should ONLY communicate with SuperTravel. After multiple texts and emails to the "Amendment Team", no amendment has been made. SuperTravel doesn't respond. I will NEVER use them again and advise... BUYER BEWARE! Let's see if Super "Sucky" Travel responds now!

This is a scam site. When you book dates, their system changes the dates. If you don't catch it before ending the reservation, they then tell it is non refundable and charge you the full amount. I spent hours trying to resolve but could not speak to anyone but a bot. Scam company

I was sceptical when I SuperTravel (or is it Snaptravel?) came up in my hotel search. I hadn't heard of them. However their price was way below Booking.com, Expedia and the rest, so I decided to give them a go.
It turned out to be a good decision. Their communication was spot on, check-in went well (that's where I thought there might be a problem) and our stay was good. I will use SuperTravel again.
They just need to sort out their name!

Was in a hurry to book a hotel due to my mother in law being in the hospital and then realized I booked it in the wrong town and no one was willing to help me cancel or even switch the hotel to the correct town. Even contacted them within 10min after booking to see if they could help and no one was willing to help. Very disappointed let alone I feel bad for anyone else that has to go through this when they have a family member in the hospital and can't make changes. Most companies will realize the situation and understand and usually more than willing to help make the changes. I will never use this company or let anyone I know use this company.

Booked a room through Super Travel for one of Vdara's Secret Suite rooms which are larger and come with free valet. When I got to the front desk they told me the booking was for a regular King room. Even after showing them my reservation confirmation, they told me there was nothing they can do because Super Travel misled the listing. Complete bait and switch and customer service at Super Travel was useless.

I needed a place to stay for the evening due to these awful winter storms Mother Nature keep sending our way. I waited until the last
Minute to book a room as found a great deal. I was a little skeptical thinking with a price like was given by Snaptravel it would be a dump. I checked in and was given a spacious room with a king bed. It was clean and had everything I could ask for. Fridge. Microwave. Coffee and tea for the morning. This hotel is right by a highway so I was surprised that I was not kept awake all night by the noise of traffic. I even got stuck In the snow and was pushed out by the gentleman working the front desk. That was above and beyond. I will certainly stay there again if needed and I will recommend them to out of town guests that need a place to stay.

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
