Because I had to change the date of my Hotel stay, the whole cancelation and rebooking process along with having to "set up an account" ending up with a credit in your system rather than it being applied to the new booking. Just added aggravation to the process and feeling of being taken advantage of online.
We originally booked a reservation and had to change our dates (needed to check out 1 day earlier. Instead of being able to change our dates, we had to cancel our first reservation made and make a whole new reservation. Very frustrating.
We just got back from an 11 day motorcycle trip. I booked all of our rooms through the super.com app on my phone. I began noticing that every hotel we stayed in put us in the low end, budget, not-updated rooms in the hotel. I will likely avoid using my app next trip as my 10% discount gives me a less enjoyable stay

I booked a hotel with a refund option, but Super.com refuses to refund me to my credit card and demands my personal bank details—totally unsafe and suspicious!
Their customer service is useless—they keep repeating, "This is the only option," ignoring my concerns. Wasted hours with their nonsense.

My experience with their website and customer service has been nothing short of appalling, and I strongly advise others to avoid using their services. Recently, I had to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. I submitted a refund application, providing all the necessary information and honestly explaining my situation. What followed was a truly disheartening display of inflexibility and a complete lack of empathy from Super.com. Despite acknowledging my situation in their email (Hi Jose!), the representative curtly informed me that my refund application was denied. The reason? Apparently, their policy only covers illness or injury of the person named on the booking. My reason, while valid and preventing me from attending, did not meet this incredibly narrow definition. To add insult to injury, they stated that because my reason wasn't a personal illness or injury, it fell under the category of "no longer needed the ticket," which is also not eligible for a refund. This is an absurd interpretation of the situation. I needed to cancel because I was unable to attend, not because I simply changed my mind. The email, signed off with a bland "Kind regards," offered no real assistance or alternative solutions. Instead, I was directed to their terms and conditions, essentially telling me, "Too bad, so sad, it's in the fine print." This is a classic example of a company prioritizing its bottom line over customer well-being and common sense. Super.com's refund policy is not only restrictive but also seems designed to make it nearly impossible to get your money back, even in legitimate circumstances. Their customer service, based on this interaction, is cold, unhelpful, and hides behind rigid rules. If you are looking for a booking platform that offers any semblance of flexibility or understanding when life throws you a curveball, stay far away from Super.com. Their policies are unfair, their customer service is dismissive, and my experience has left me feeling completely ripped off and incredibly frustrated. I will be taking my business elsewhere and strongly recommend that others do the same.

The experience was great
We had to cancel a recent 2 day reservation to 1 day with a well known Motel chain through Super.com. We paid the extra fee in case of cancelations or changes. (This is actually rare for us to do). We actully did have an issue and had to cancel the 2nd day of our trip. We let them know 48 hours in advance. We were told we would have to wait until after we checked out to verify. We also let the Motel know we didn't need the 2nd day. When the time came they were rude and told us we had us fill out a lenghty form which stated and only if we had an extreme medical situtation and was backed by documetation and varified we could get a refund. This was outrageious.! We went back and forth a few times until it was finally stated in an email we were denied the refund. This style of doing business and customer service is the worst we have ever had to deal with. It would have been better to just book with the Motel chain directly. I do not recommend Super.com.

Im a Retired Army VET and was Contracting in Poland and coming home in Transit to Iraq home in Chattanooga. I booked a Hotel backed by Super. Upon arriving after flying all day and me being tired I checked in the Hotel. Took a Shower and went to sleep. Upon waking up at 230am and going to the bathroom I look and there was a Roach Crawling up the wall. I'm like Hell No. I go to complain the guy say we can move you to another room. I come back and there is a bigger Roach climbing up the Entrance wall. I start packing to get the hell out and 30 min later there is another Roach climbing up the wall. I try to call Super and the respond by text. I go to the front desk again and they say they only get paid by Super. Super tells me they are not Responsible for the Day to Day Operations and Conditions of the Hotel and I'm yet to get my money back. I have called PayPal and now my Bank. I wouldn't Recommend This Site by anyone. Worst Experience ever.
I paid for a refundable stay. Had to move to a different city and they would not refund my booking. The hotel said they would agree to a refund if contacted by Super.com, and they would not contact the hotel. When I tried to apply on their site for a refund, they wanted my bank account information rather than the card I used to issue a refund. DO NOT DO THIS! When contacted by Discover Card Services, they lied to the credit company, and now I am being recharged for a stay I did not use. The hotel was contacted three times and agreed to cancel, but Super refused to contact the hotel to verify.

They will not always send confirmation of purchases and will refuse refunds if you accidentally double book with them because they didn't send the confirmation the first time. When attempting to get a refund, they explained to me that they were unable to because they used another travel booking site to book my reservation and that site was refusing the refund. I've learned a painful, expensive lesson to never use super.com.
Tried to switch hotel which is under construction they would not do it. Hotel has roach problem and construction going on. Shut down dining room. Terrible do not book through this site.

It means that your finantial instutution and our chargeback team are the ones who are working on the case. Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.

Upon review, please know that when you canceled your first reservation, you chose to receive your refund in credits, which is why the refund was issued this way. We understand this might not have been your intention, but that was the option selected.
Using these credits for future bookings is super easy! Once you select your hotel and room, just head to the booking page and look for the "credits" tab under "cancellation policy." You can easily apply the amount you want.
Since you intended to apply those credits in your new booking but couldn’t, our Support Team has removed them and issued a refund to your original payment method. You should see it in 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
As for the three charges on your card, please know that we only have two confirmed reservations on our end: one canceled and refunded, and the other still active. Please check the email from our Support Team for the next steps, and we'll investigate this further.
