All products and quality of dresses are to die for. It's very good and no second thought. But….
Since we paid a good amount for product atleast pack them in a box so and make it valuable product.
Don't just throw them in a delivery pack please very bad vibes on opening my dress pack. It was full of crease.
Otherwise my experience is very good

My experience in dealing with Sundae Muse was a simple and easy one. Delivery was quick and tracking simple to track. The dress was good quality and exactly as the website promoted. Would highly recommend Sundae Muse and I will be shopping here again.

I ordered 4 dresses to try on for a wedding, they didn't arrive in time for the wedding so I wanted to return the dresses as 1. They didn't arrive in time and 2. I didn't feel any of them were good quality or worth what I paid for them. I was told that I would only get a credit note for these items which I am not happy with as I feel you should be able to try on clothes before deciding if you want to keep them or purchase other items which also won't be worth what I am paying for them. This is not made clear in the returns and I feel it has been made to trick people. Very disappointed and won't be using this site again.
Wasn't sure how the dress would turn out as have never bought from here before but great material and quick delivery!

Ordering from the site was very easy and the clothes arrived in good time and are beautiful! However, I had not realised that there was not an option for returning the clothes for a full refund (only for store credit). I'm now a great deal out of pocket as a couple of the dresses I ordered did not fit which was unexpected. This is written in their returns policy so read carefully! I had assumed it would be the same as the majority of other websites given that the clothes are fairly expensive. Although the clothes are lovely, for that reason I won't be purchasing again unfortunately.
Lovely dresses but no refunds given for returns despite various communications with customer service. Also don't honour discounts where items go on sale day after purchase, so due to no refunds, it's not possible to repurchase
Everything is perfect! I would definitely shop here again soon.
