I have recently purchased several items. When they arrived disgusting smell occupied entire apartment, I firstly thought that it might be due to the delivery, I decided to wash it. I washed it already 6 times, that smell even became worse after being exposed to the wind. I have reported about defective products to stylewe. What was the surprise when confirmed that clothes had such issues, they recommended me to use hair dryer to remove smell! It's absolutely impossible task. Do I need to pay for goods that are toxic for the skin and smell like an aceton or I don't but it's intolerable smell… I asked them to collect their goods, however I faced with absolute ignorance about the quality of products they sold, they are saying they must comply with company policy which is saying: sell worst quality products from China and no further obligation if customer actually unpacked the goods and washed them to be able to wear… Company policy is about careless approach towards any health issues their uncertified products can cause to someone's health…Instead of imideatly fixing issues they just kept me offering 15% discount. Did I ask for discount? I needed responsible compliance with laws and regulations. No, they can't sell toxic materials, disregarding customers request, it's not our caprice to get quality and safe products. It's just obligatory requirements for the Seller. I don't know in which country this Seller is operating but for sure there's no such country that is allowing compromising with the safety of customers. And they already knew what they were selling and what sort of issues their clothes had when I reported that.

Please stock 3x sizes there are alotta women I deal with on a daily basis that would become customer in awh hot mintue. Speaking from the circle of women there are alotta woman out there love themselves just way god made them they are not on a diet from 17 yrs to 50 yrs... Starving yourself to meet hollywood tickle is awh joke just being you is all that matters... Please get merchandise back in stock for 3x when I first starting buying things about 2 years ago the site has change tremendously not for the better but for the worst because your company has decided to only carry the ugly items in 3x and they are always in the sales bin within weeks. Unsatisfactory at best. Took very long time to receive my order. Over three weeks. I was not satisfied with the two items I ordered. Looked very shoddy and less than satisfactory than what I pad for.
Love this style of dress I loved my dresses. However one I ordered the wrong size and wanted to return for a smaller size. The return process is not customer friendly. I will consider this very strongly wnen I if i order again in the future. I did get compensated for part of the cost but I have a dress I cannot wear and did not get full price when compensated I little disappointing

My experience with StyleWe was a good one. Everything went well with the ordering of the product and it was delivered in a timely manner. It was also in great condition when I received it.
Purchased dress from company and material was extremely thin, rather flimsy and not at all like garment that was advertised on site.
I have bought many pieces but recently have had sizing issues & was surprised at the difficulty to return 2 items. I finally gave up trying & will be less inclined to order going forward
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

Answer: I ordered 3 items. I'm normally an 8 M so ordered L. 2 items fit great 1 was too small. I ordered an XL & it still didn't fit. They will exchange or refund but could make it a lot more obvious how to return but otherwise I'm very happy with my purchases. I believe the different designers have different sizes. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. Even in American sewing patterns I'm a 14 that gives you an idea of how off American clothes are

I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
