The first time I placed an order it took way too long to be delivered. I was not in a rush so I did not complain, but the 2nd time I ordered It took over 30 days to get my items and one of them was not in stock but no notice was given and they did not know when the item would come in. I had to cancel that item and order it from someone else. I won't use this vendor again.
I like the clothing but your website is a little hard to maneuver especially trying to make payments if the card is not already on file.

When I first placed my order I was excited, because the pictures of the items are beautiful. Now that I have received all of them (finally). I am disappointed. I attempted to return pieces that didn't fit or were not as seen in the picture. However, decided not too as shipping back was ridiculous. There needs to be a better solution to this issue. If you want to supply north America, there needs to be a north amercian facility. For example, the black dress pants looked amazing, when I received them they were Capri length and definitely NOT what the model was wearing. I ordered the grey knit skirt and sweater again not was shown in the picture. I am only truly happy with two of the eight items I purchased. I am also not thrilled about having to keep items that don't fit or I don't like. So I won't be returning to stylewe, unfortunately.
Right now it's all good. When my order gets here, will be the true test! Thank you

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
