When I place an order in this online boutique, I never worry about my items. They are always delivered when they should and are always well packed.

I ordered a sweater for my sister in law. The price was CONSIDERABLY lower and although the shipping takes a bit longer than I'm used to, they have quick responses from customer service, it arrived within the stated time frame. I would order from them online again!

I ordered from Stylewe for 6 years. Their products, shipping, and customer service have taken a nosedive and their returns, which were always a major hassle, are no longer possible. That's right, if you receive your item and it doesn't fit (60+ percent chance of this) or it's not as pictured (80+ percent chance of this), you can no longer return it because their return center is no longer in the US, it's now in China and you'll be responsible for the return fee. The charge for sending a tunic to their return center was $57, the tunic was $22. Note that even when the return center was in the US they regularly took weeks to process returns, lost returns, didn't properly credit my account, and/or didn't give the promised $5 shipping reimbursement. Everything was a battle. Save yourself the hassle.
The pictures online are of other companies' garments that Stylewe makes terrible copies of out of awful materials, with shoddy workmanship and schizophrenic sizing to boot. Items sometimes take weeks to arrive when listed as in stock. There's no way to cancel unsent orders except to contact them. It's a mess, it's incredible that they're still in business.
Note that the reviews here that are positive are very suspicious (not specific, mention features about the site that the site doesn't actually offer, are ultra vague and weird-sounding), whereas the negative reviews are obviously from real customers. Think twice about where these positive "reviews" are coming from.
I am so obsessed with this online boutique. I can't think of a more stylish and addictive way to dress for events. Also, their customer service is really friendly. Now I have bought it only 3 times and I can say that it has been really satisfactory.

Do not do business with this company! It borders on the fraudulent.
The stated "return policy" is very vague, until there is a need to actually return an item. It then becomes clear, after an email exchange, that the return center is in China, and there will significant costs and delays in receiving any refunds. The company therefore suggests you accept a 15% cash refund, but without any obvious method or procedure to request this refund. (I responded in the email, hoping this will work.)
The bottom line: Do not order from this company unless you are willing to accept the item, as is, and hope it is exactly as desired.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.
Answer: My two pieces were crazy, too long, too small in shoulder And bust, And sleeves were way too tight- Better stay away- not worth the hazel. The garmets are nothing like the images!
Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

Answer: I ordered 3 items. I'm normally an 8 M so ordered L. 2 items fit great 1 was too small. I ordered an XL & it still didn't fit. They will exchange or refund but could make it a lot more obvious how to return but otherwise I'm very happy with my purchases. I believe the different designers have different sizes. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. Even in American sewing patterns I'm a 14 that gives you an idea of how off American clothes are

I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
