I loved the fact that you can check the size before ordering. It makes it much easier. There are certainly a lot of clothes to choose from in this boutique on the internet, very happy with the product upon arrival here.

It was a nightmare to go through the app and get a coupon but you have awesome customer service that is why I came back and ordered. My shopping experience and dealing with app sucked but customer service was great! Additionally, cloth quality was outstanding and cloth sizes were pretty much my size because sometimes online shopping sizes are not true to size. They run larger or smaller. The shipping does take long time so maybe you all should have a US based partner who will assist with the shipping for faster processing. I like all my items so I will keep but one thing that may hinder me from purchasing with you all in the future is that you all don't offer free returns. If you were to do that, I'm sure your business would increase by a huge margin. I recommend you try it for 1 month and advertise as such and then you can determine if it's worth it.

FRAUD ALERT!

This is the most fraudulent site ever! I ordered two dresses for $70 which is not cheap by any measure. I was told a 20% discount will be added to my first app order. First, that never happened! Second, the item shipped way too late and when I complained that it won't reach on time for my trip, the customer service said they could do nothing about it. Thirdly, the large size was a bust size 37". I am 36" but it still so so tight I can barely breathe! The size charts are also not accurate. Lastly, they say there is a return option in the order section. I cannot find it on the app and now I have to pay return shipping. With so many great clothing options in the US with easy returns, I will never shop from a China store again! Never! I have learnt my lesson.

I ordered for two pants - Gray casual plain H-line cropped pants - and they fitted my girlfriend just fine. Nothing else to say. Goods came in 2 weeks after ordering just as they said it would. Fabric is good for the price I paid. Just think they should work on communicating better with clients. Asides that everything was fine

Easy to use

This website is easy to use, they have a wide variety of clothing and many accessories to choose from. All the items I have purchased here have been good, with no damage or quality issues. Sometimes there are long delivery or shipping times depending on the quarantine, but other than that it's a great store. I get everything I like to wear. Its price is also cheaper than most online stores. Also, they always have some kind of discount. 10/10 would recommend.

Great clothes, excellent customer service

I've been in the customer service industry for many years and truly appreciate when someone takes their time to take care of me. The team at StyleWe has been amazing; they are professional, thorough, and consistent. I've ordered four separate items so far from the site and loved every single one of them. The compliments I get at work on every item are just amazing. The quality of the clothes, the fit... have all been perfect. I don't necessarily have an average body, so it's rare that clothes fit me easily, especially without trying them on. I am still shocked how perfectly everything has fit. This is definitely a site I would recommend.

Terrible Fabrics

It was too good to be true. The quality of the fabrics is terrible - uncomfortable, does not breath, and remains wrinkled regardless of attempts to smooth fabric. The customer service is poor, as well. I attempted to return my garments several times with no luck. They got me! I'm stuck with these since I can't return them. Would not recommend and will never buy from them again.

I hope they enjoyed my $66 because I'm going to tell my story to whoever will listen. I'm sick of these foreign sites who have no standards and lure overly gullible people with prices only to pull one over their eyes. First of all SIZES are always an issue. You can't try it on so you have to guess and you will guess wrong since everything is 3 to 4 sizes off. Next it takes obviously for ever to get to the US. Last but not least forget about returning anything. Doesn't fit? Tough.
You will like me battle the endless email asking you for 'proof' you sent it for ever and no refund will ever be issued.
Save your money.
This really ain't worth it.
You really do get what you pay for.

If you are not sure about what size you should choose, you can refer to "FIND MY SIZE" and select your BWH measurements from the drop down list, then you will get a recommended size. Then you will get a recommended size. As for return and refund, we will issue your refund once you provide the shipment tracking number for return. The measurements on their site are not the true sizes of the items, and if it does not fit, they credit you 1/4 of what you paid in a wallet on their site. BUYER BEWARE! And try and get them to send you a larger size, good luck. These guys are busy fighting off customer complaints all day long I am sure! Quality is ok, but nothing like the photo's they use to show their products... It is a mock up. I would look around for another site that refunds back to original payment type. Like back to your credit card... What ever, I am out $200 dealing with these people. (USD) Shipping costs are outrageous!

Horrible quality

Ordered 3 items according to the size chart, each item was over $70. None of the items fit properly, the sizing is all off. When I contacted about returning, was told returns were on me and had to be sent to Shanghai. I should have read these reviews first. Won't make that mistake again.

I was at first a little skeptical of Stylewe but have had a great transaction. The dress I received came within two weeks and the quality was well made. I will say that their clothes are on the smaller side so make sure to read each sizing chart and if in doubt size up!

"If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to exchange or refund"

Reality is what they wrote when I tried to return:
"Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you 15% cash refund or 20% store credit refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth"

20% store credit?!?! Are you kidding me?

My daughter made quite a large order from StyleWe website despite our hesitation due to the bad reviews. She ordered about 8 dresses. The fabrics and quality ranged but some were of excellent quality and tailoring. We had no problem arranging returns and having our payment credited back to us.

StyleWe is a great place to buy designer clothes! I love my purchase from StyleWe. Not only did it come in a timely manner, but ordering was super easy and hassle free. The clothes were just as I expected them to be. The colors, sizes, and styles are all true to form. I have bought a Navy Blue A-line Short Sleeve Shirt for me. And that was great. The main thing is that the price is also very reasonable with an awesome quality. They always keep their promise. Fantastic service and products. I will buy again from StyleWe. And obviously they are highly recommended.

My wife's birthday was coming up so I decided to buy her a new dress to wear for our date night. I am not familiar with shopping online but this website made it one of the best feelings in the world. So easy to use and navigate throughout all the styles and designs they offer, which is by far more than I have ever seen. Though that is not even the best of it, the dress actually shipped on time! Which, according to my wife, does not happen very often with other companies. I will definitely be shopping at StyleWe for my wife again.
