Storenvy

As a store owner on Storenvy I feel like we are being manipulated and taken advantage of. Storenvy has created a checkout to eliminate paypal called stripe. When they rolled it out, I said no, I was happy with Paypal. They moved my store into Stripe without permission and have now kidnapped my sales until I give Stripe all of my financial information, just to turn it off. I refuse to use this rip-off service, which they alone created. It is a rip-off, plain and simple. If you have a store on storenvy, you will need to move it soon or be absorbed into this scam. A SCAM is what it is.

My daughter ordered a hoodie from this site. In July. It is now September. She is STILL waiting. They took her money. No problem with that. She sent emails with no response. Then I got involved. Next stop is a fraud investigation. BUYER BEWARE!

I am so disappointed! My husband and I were looking for team fortress buttons for my son's 12th birthday party. We didn't sign up for a paypal account since it was our first time and instead we purchased the buttons through Storenvy's website. The money was withdraw from our account the next day by Storenvy. A week and a half went by and we still didn't receive our buttons. We emailed the site and told them about our situation and all they could say was "the fund never touch Storenvy's account". What the heck! Where did the money go then? Our bank statement shows it was withdraw by them. Anyway, all they can recommend for us is to dispute through our bank and try to get our refund back. This is totally unacceptable!

We would NEVER do business with them again! I warn anyone who's thinking about purchasing anything through them to think twice! Save yourself the disappointment and time and shop some where else.

I love Storenvy! I have been using it for years and have great success. I love that you can actually customize your custom store - either just by adding a header & background or totally altering the HTML & CSS to have a bomb looking shop! You can also embed your blog, photo galleries, sizing charts & more by using custom pages. It's so radical! And in addition to all that, you can opt in to their Marketplace which brings in tons of exposure - it has even resulted in me being featured on BuzzFeed, in Parents Magazine & more!

A lot of the negative reviews here don't have anything to do with Storenvy - it is mostly complaints about individual sellers, and just like eBay or Etsy, there is always some bad apples who ruin it for the rest of us. But I can say out of over 150 orders I have placed on Storenvy, I have not had a single issue with any of the items I have ordered arriving in a timely manner or as described. It's a great place to buy & sell!

Bought a pair of Adidas sneakers. They took my $, replied it was shipped, I never received (waited 11 days before I inquired). They didn't follow-up by sending me a tracking number like they said they would. The store itself wouldn't reply to ANY of my 3 emails. Had to chase down someone from Storenvy to 'help'. They got a hold of the seller and told me i was refunded after my first email even tho they decided not to reply letting me know themselves.

Second time, I bought items from Brooklyn Whiskey Distillery... glass jars of char. I received quickly but one of the jars was shattered. Charcoal and glass. They threw 6 glass jars in the box with a layer of bubble wrap on the bottom and top... they DID NOT individually wrap.

I know some reputable sellers that advertised as vendors on this site. However, unless you know exactly who you are purchasing from, it's best to avoid this site. I am one of the many customers scammed by Moooh. In an effort to be understanding I usually give vendors SEVERAL months to send me my items especially because of possible pandemic-related delay. Note that you CANNOT contest payments/request refunds past 5 months. I'm not sure how the Paypal request works since I never got a chance to try it. Still, best to avoid.

I am an idiot. I ordered 2 pairs of Ugg Bailey Bow boots in hot pink and purple, $123 each. They came 3 weeks later. Just got them--- total fakes! Wrong colors (red not hot pink and dark purple, not any official real UGG color- I have real pink and purple UGG boots. Label inside says "Made in China"--- they don't fit, glue on the outside bows, smell weird, incomplete and sloppy stitching on outside. To ship them back to China address will cost another $86. So I am out $246. HARD LESSON LEARNED. Elaine

If you order from Storenvy, you're not buying products directly from them. You're buying them from an individual or small business.

Think of it like eBay - if you have an issue, you don't hold eBay responsible, it is the sole responsibility of the individual seller.

Storenvy is simply a tool, like eBay, which provides online stores for individuals and small businesses. They have nothing to do with your order whatsoever.

If you can't wrap your head around this, please light yourself on fire.

I ordered a wedding gown and when I received it the arm hole was smaller than the other I could not get my arm into it. The padding at the bust was wadded up and the zipper is stuck. I cannot even try it on to see if it fits. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING AGAIN FROM THEM. The statement easy returns is false. I have reached out many times and NOTHING. I reached the return policy prior to ordering and learned just because its in writing doesn't mean its legit.

I have been on Storenvy for two years and love it. As a store owner they have always been great about helping out when I have had a problem and keeping us posted on what is going on. I have bought from multiple shops on storenvy with wonderful experiences. They all have been very professional, fulfilled orders immediately, and all products I have received have been wonderfully made with great customer service. I recommend Storenvy to all my friends and family, and was even talking to my doctor about it the other week at my appointment.
