I placed an order on May 5,2021. It is now August 15,2021 3 months later I still have not received my order. I was told it was shipped out and the vendor blame Covid on delay which bull crap. I have no issue with other online orders. I asked for a refund and still have not received that either. I believe this is a scam website. Don't order anything from this or a vendor call Peanut. It's a scam. The photo below is what I ordered.
I am really enjoying my shoes, that are professionally made and the size is true to what I wear, my only regret is they could have been a little more lighter blue they almost look black, nevertheless, very comfortable and stylish. I will be ordering more shoes in the future.
I'm a shop owner, and I love it, the community, the ability to really customize your store to suite your brand. As a seller you really have to promote/market your stuff but I don't see that as an issue when it ought to be done anyway - cant just list a few things and expect to be rolling in the dough within a couple weeks. There are some really amazing artists on this site... and remember that each one is individual, one bad store does not speak for the rest or storenvy - just like etsy is. Highly recommend this place for unique and handmade awesomeness.
They send u knock offs not even close to dress pictured then with proper refund procedures thru PayPal it costs more than 100$ to ship back to china so u are out most of your money. They will offer u 20$ refund and to keep the dress
Three months on from my order and it still hasn't arrived. Their replies to my emails were unfriendly, unhelpful and they just shrugged off my problem. When I pushed them to look into the shipping or reimburse me, they told me it had been posted and to complain to USPS if I wanted my money back, which of course I can't do not being a US resident. $24 dollars down the drain and no sign of that or my item. Avoid like ebola.
I've ordered a lot of things from storenvy and i've never had any problems. I've gotten a lot of very cute things for good prices.
Remember though: storenvy is a site that is run by individual sellers. Just because you had a good experience with one seller doesn't mean the next one will be just as good. Its important to research and decide whether a shop is trustworthy before you buy something. I decide based mostly on reviews of products from certain stores, and just looking around a store's information pages can tell you a lot.
Storenvy is a great site with a simple, easy to use layout and very cute products. Just be careful who you're buying from.
This site has given me nothing but issues. I placed my order and attempted contact with the seller a week later. This was a gift and i wanted to make sure i received the item in time. Rather than emailing me back the store cancelled my order without refunding my money. I am now in a payment dispute with PayPal because neither the seller nor storenvy has returned any of my emails. I just want what I paid for or my money back. This site might work well for sellers because they can scam people out of money but I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.
The company ebookmar doesn't sell you ebooks. It sells you nothing in exchange for money. I purchased an ebook that never came. It should have been sent to my email within 24 hours after purchase. They got the money and I got nothing. I emailed store envy to complain about the store ebookmar and I got no reply. Don't help these thieves hurt anyone anymore! Storenvy you will not be better off with stores like this and as well with your customer service procedures. Still waiting for your email...
There's no phone number to call them back on. I've tried to connect with them on Facebook, once you connect your Facebook page with their's, you won't be able to find their website. They are scammers do not buy. I bought something February 1st today is February 18th haven't received nor gotten an email yet about my product.
Don't order from this site unless you do it through PayPal. I ordered a wedding dress and it took two months to get it because it was "custom made". I ordered ivory and received white. The dress looked NOTHING like the dress they advertised. NOTHING. The people at the support desk on the website have done except say they are trying to reach the seller. The customer service person on the website says they won't refund my money. Paypal will help get your money back though!
I love this site so much. I have ordered multiple things from here and they always reply fast when I have any concerns. Everything is completely affordable. When my package arrived I was so surprised at how great the quality was! The owner juliet was so sweet in helping me which size to pick. Shipping was fast and I shop here anytime I need anything classy.
All I can say is that I am extremely satisfied with this company! I haven't experienced great customer service like this in a long time. Even though the area they are located in was experiencing devastating fires, the staff at Kitchen Market was committed to great customer service! Between the pandemic and the Wildfires, it's just a blessing they can get back on their feet. I had to step up and give them a great rating because they went above and beyond to ensure my product met a very critical deadline. Not only was the packaging airtight, but the pricing was far better than the merchants here on the East coast! They followed up with tracking and delivery information also. I can tell they care about their customer base. I will use them again and again. Kudos to the staff at Kitchen Market and Ocean Retail!

Complete scam... Take your money but never ship the products. Tried to contact the seller no response. Why would they? They already have your money. Storenvy does NOT regulate the sellers so there are crypt people pretending to sell items when in allaccuallity they have no plans on ever sending you your items you purchased
100 percent not worth it! They deserve less then 1 star... Storenvy should be SHUT DOWN for allowing it to happen. I smell a lawsuit about to happen
Started a business and decided to try Storenvy. In the first month and a half of opening (an extremely important time of growth for my business) I had orders not show up as being placed, their mobile site only worked and allowed me to login in less than half the time, I was double charged for the "extras" feature, their site... which in turn meant my site... malfunctioned for several hours during a hugely important sale event of mine, AND at no point were any of my concerns addressed or even responded to by Storenvy. Never received a single reply... not even about my double charge. Enough was enough and I switched my store to another ecommerce platform that costs me the same as storenvy but provides a beautiful, well functioning, intuitive back-end and storefront experience and I'm THRILLED to leave behind Storenvy. Would not recommend them from a seller's perspective.
I ordered a $100 dress and after weeks I never heard anything. When I tried to contact the company they never responded. Luckily I ordered with pay pal and while it took me over an hour on hold I was eventually able to talk to a human being that filed a claim and eventually got my money back for me. I later talked to an actual dress store and when I showed them pictures of the dress they said it retails for $800. The entire website is a scam and will never send you the product.
Storenvy is the best place for ecommerce on the web! Free product listings, free customizations, awesome partnerships with other products to provide fantastic extras, free Facebook page integration, very very fast customer support. Need I say more?!
Look at the seller's ratings, and if you have questions, ask them directly. Storenvy is just like Etsy, Ebay, and Amazon. There are reputable sellers with great shops, and then there are others. Your experience will depend on the individual seller. I personally love the ease with which to shop, and have found some great items on Storenvy!
I ordered two pie plates to serve dessert at Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is over and I inquired about their location and all they could rant and rave about is COVID and Governor. I told them I wanted a refund and they said they would give me a 50% discount if I waited a week. I agreed and explained that I would have to dispute the charge with my cc company if I didn't receive it. This person started screaming and acting like an insane person, calling me stupid and I should have know It was going to be delayed. So they credited my account back because their whole pathetic situation is my fault. That's what you get for living in California and not Texas. Ask Biden, maybe he can help?
Once I received this dress, it was way too big. I admit I should have ordered a 0 instead of a 2, but my size 2 friend tried it on and said it fit like a 6. Once I followed the procedure to return, Jamie Jin told me that since they sent me the correct size, they would not accept a return.
I purchased earrings may 9th. I inquired twice on her instagram page. I had a feeling something was wrong. Nothing should take over 30 days to receive. I looked tonight no instagram and no store envy page anymore And no refund! Took my money. I won't buy next time until I get all my information written down From the seller.
Answer: No! Please stay far away from this site.
Answer: Honestly, I'm very surprised by these reviews too. We have over 100,000 store owners, so I suppose there are bound to be some people who didn't have a great experience. But we certainly have a lot of successful, loyal merchants.
Answer: Just like Etsy or Amazon, Storenvy isn't a single seller, it's a site featuring shops hosted by a network of different sellers. My advice would be to check out the information on the page of the particular seller you're looking at. Look at their feedback and their shipping timelines, and that should give you a better idea of what to expect. Most of the sellers there are fantastic, but it's always best to do research before buying from a new person :)
Answer: Its not "technically" a scam, its just a website with a bunch of people who put up stores. The problem is many of those people are not good at running a business (and the individual store owners might be scams or might not be) and the company "storeenvy" takes no responsibility for their actions. You will have better luck on EBAY or AMAZON because there is buyer protection and actual customer support. StoreEnvy is not a 'scam', they just suck.
Answer: Each seller is independent within the site. I never got a response from Storenvy customer service, so Paypal refunded my $. So you take your chances. Ebay will refund if the item is not as described or pictured. Also look at where the item ships from, if it's China, it could take 2 weeks and more.
Answer: Your best bet is to pay close attention to the reviews for the seller. Much like Amazon or Etsy or eBay, each seller is responsible for their store and the things they sell in it - which means some things are going to be fabulous and some won't be. So check the reviews and make sure you know that the seller you're trying has a solid reputation with their buyers and consistently delivers a good quality product.
Answer: Nope i wouldn't do it... the whole site is fraud. Myself and a few other people are in pursuit of getting our money back.
