I know some reputable sellers that advertised as vendors on this site. However, unless you know exactly who you are purchasing from, it's best to avoid this site. I am one of the many customers scammed by Moooh. In an effort to be understanding I usually give vendors SEVERAL months to send me my items especially because of possible pandemic-related delay. Note that you CANNOT contest payments/request refunds past 5 months. I'm not sure how the Paypal request works since I never got a chance to try it. Still, best to avoid.
Tip for consumers:
Avoid at all costs unless you know exactly who you're dealing with (ex. someone you met in person or know has a reputable social media presence etc.)
