Everytime I go to Starbucks, it's really a gamble on how the quality will be, both in taste and service. My last few times have not been great. C'mon get your act together. Just because you're a behemoth doesn't mean you can't still offer a quality product.

It's very sad because I like a coffee, but it'll be the employees that have attitude. They have to work on these skills as a customer skills. The sad part about it every time I order a coffee I leave a tip every time.
