This was my first time purchasing coffee online so I was a little bit hesitant. But the site sets everything straight and easy to buy. Also my fist time buying this brand and type of coffee so it was atleast a great experience and hassle free. Online is lekker neh!
Excellent service, The delivery from order time to delivery was extremely quick. Always good coffee, Took away one star, as one of the bags was a little "bloated" and had a funky smell. All the other bags like always premium quality

I am also very disappointed in my coffee beans... The flavors are nothing what I expected them to be...
I am a real critique when it comes to my coffees, hence requested samples of the different brews, to which I was abruptly told that I could not receive, even though it was my very first time ordering with Heavenly Coffees.
For a 4kg initial order, I would have thought that an exception could be made in order to win over your customer, but I guess that Francois knew that his beans were not up to standard.
I will never be ordering from Heavenly Coffees ever again!
I notice the 5 star reviews on the store itself, which I haven't tried, due to it being out of my way... I cannot however discredit the store and the eats they serve... But definitely Terrible beans... and a waste of money for a single unemployed mom!
Goodday. I am rather perturbed by your review. Do you request samples for everything you buy from other online suppliers as well? It is ridiculous to expect us to provide samples of every coffee to every new customer before they buy. The fact that you did not like our coffee does not make it bad. People's preferences differ after all. If our coffee was terrible we would not have still been around after more than 12 years. Just for the record, every single review you see on our website is for online purchases and does not include reviews for our restaurant. Just a suggestion, considering that you are so critical, next time when you order a new product, maybe order smaller quantities to try it out before placing a bulk order.

What a wonderful vibe from the staff, smiles as you enter the store. The shop is nonstop busy. The food is freshly prepared and excellent. Their coffee Blends are beautiful. Will never buy anywhere else
Placed the order on line for what I believed to be a special. Francois phoned about an hour later informing me that I had over paid and was given the option for a refund or to purchase other items. Selected the latter and shortly thereafter received an email with the tracking number. Did not have to visit the courier companies web site to track as I received an email from Heavenly Coffees every time the package was updated by the courier. Received the machine the following day with complimentary coffee. I had a small issue with part of the setup and phoned Francois who explained step by step what needed to be done. Very impressed with the overall service and would would definitely recommend them for the purchase of coffee related items.
Really quick response, coffee was delivered next day. Only bought one bag as it was first time purchase, but will definately be back for more, great coffee. Description of coffee on website was accurate.
I've ordered coffee online on numerous occasions. Not only is their website efficient, I can navigate everything from my phone, but also their service. Next day delivery in most instances.
They often have free shipping when buying R500+ or another special of some sort.

Excellent service. I only expected to receive my parcel later, seeing that I ordered it over the Christmas period. It was sent out before the business was open for the new year and it happened so that I received my coffee machine on my birthday. Very happy client. Hi Cas we have a loyalty program but it is for in-store purchases only. The store and our on-line shop are operated by two seperate companies. Also the in-store system does not link to our website so we have no way of linking in-store and online purchases to each other.
