I'm fond of drinking coffee and I can't imagine a morning without cup of coffee. I know that one can state that I have an addiction to it, but I don't deny such kind of addiction. There are many others addictions in our world which are much harmful than coffee. Anyway, I found this service in the internet when I was in search of particular kind of coffee. I finally found it here and ordered a couple of packs. The managers explained me all the details about shipping and delivery and I was really luck to face such a polite and responsive customer support teams.
I am so impressed with the service I have received. I am a new customer - this is only my second order - but I will definitely be returning. Not only is the coffee really good, but the order was carried out promptly, delivered very quickly, with a little "extra" in the package. Thank you Heavenly Coffees.
When I wanted to place another order, I had to change my password. I did not receive the returning email. I did check my spam folder.
We prefer milder flavoured coffees the ones we received in the mixed selection of 5 / 6 packs mostly were a bit bitter
NOT WHAT I EXPECTED! Thought i would be more upgraded and tastier, coffee is weak and does not have that exceptional taste.

I am a real critique when it comes to my coffees, hence requested samples of the different brews, to which I was abruptly told that I could not receive, even though it was my very first time ordering with Heavenly Coffees.
For a 4kg initial order, I would have thought that an exception could be made in order to win over your customer, but I guess that Francois knew that his beans were not up to standard.
I will never be ordering from Heavenly Coffees ever again!
I notice the 5 star reviews on the store itself, which I haven't tried, due to it being out of my way... I cannot however discredit the store and the eats they serve... But definitely Terrible beans... and a waste of money for a single unemployed mom!
Nothing is more comforting than an the aroma of early morning coffee that is brewing. "Life truly begins after coffee".
Our favourites are Tango in the twilight and Angel's brew. And there is a definite difference in taste. Tango is warm and deep. Angels brew soft and subtle.

Peder, our salesrep, contacted us shortly after we bought our bean to cup coffee machine online from Heavenly Coffees to make an appointment for delivery and demonstration. He is a professional individual that has ample knowledge about his products and didn't mind to drive many kilometers to our business. Thorough training commenced and he left leaving us with a smile on our faces. They delivered all the products and freebies as promised. I can highly recommend the Heavenly Coffees team. They will definitely be my go to coffee guy in future.
Have placed several orders for beans from various Roasters in SA and for me Heavenly has been the MOST responsive and professional of them all! Everything I have asked for (even date and method roasting, type of equipment used etc.) was answered in great detail. I do wish they would lower the minimum quantity to get the free shipping, but other than that I have no issues of complaints whatsoever. Highly recommended, especially for Joburg-area residents!
I was one of the "first" customers at Heavenly Coffees many moons ago. From a teeny tiny roastery with the MOST decadent cheesecake with THE best coffee, they've blossomed into a major roastery/coffee shop in SA (in my humble opinion as a self-confessed coffee-snob!)
BUT, the warmth, the welcoming atmosphere has remained. The people working there are all extremely helpful and became friends over the years.

Got amazing service from them, I ordered ground coffee instead of beans because I did not read the website properly, they promptly sent me replacement beans at no charge. The coffee is also amazing, great flavors to the coffee, very full, rich and great tasting with enough differences between all the blends and roasts. Extremely satisfied, would recommend to anyone. Also, coffee is processed through the website very quickly, I have my coffee the day after I order.
I have been purchasing coffee from Heavenly coffees for the past 7 years. Francois and team are amazing, best roasted coffee around. I only buy coffee from Heavenly coffees because they roast their own coffee and have a roasted date on their packaging and not a best before date.

I have tried all the ground coffee offered by Heavenly Coffee. My favorites are Angels Brew, Tango in the Twilight, Troika, AA Zambia, and St Christopher. Try them all and choose your own favorites. I highly recommend them.

Goodday. I am rather perturbed by your review. Do you request samples for everything you buy from other online suppliers as well? It is ridiculous to expect us to provide samples of every coffee to every new customer before they buy. The fact that you did not like our coffee does not make it bad. People's preferences differ after all. If our coffee was terrible we would not have still been around after more than 12 years. Just for the record, every single review you see on our website is for online purchases and does not include reviews for our restaurant. Just a suggestion, considering that you are so critical, next time when you order a new product, maybe order smaller quantities to try it out before placing a bulk order.
