I placed an order on 7/16/20 order #******* and the money was withdrawn out of my account. I did receive an email stating it had been shipped with a tracking order. When I click on the tracking order it just states a label has been made but nothing else. FedEx advised I contact the company which I have tried several times via email but no response.
The money was withdrawn from my account and has a phone number *******302 listed. I sent a text to that number to see if I was for StadiumAllstar and someone texted back stating it isn't the correct number.
Very poor customer service. I just wanted an answer to my request regarding my order that I paid for!
I searched the web for Bucks Championship Pennants and found the one I wanted at the lowest price in this site, it shipped in 2 days, was packed great and arrived in perfect condition. I'll definitely buy more items.
Buyer beware! I'd give them no star if that was an option. If you actually want to receive what you order and pay for, this is not the place to go. As another reviewer said, "They take your money, give no status, ship no product", and even giving them the of the benefit of the doubt, if you try to follow up, they don't return phone calls and their contact email does not work. Order elsewhere.
Ordered in October. Sent several e mails and finally got a response one item was back ordered. I replied to ship what was available and still have received nothing no correspondence nor product. How is this company still in business?
We ordered replacement boat seats from StadiumAllstar. What a great deal, fast shipping and best price. Could not be happier, This company is Great! Honest, Good Shipping and Great Service.
I ordered a product from this site for a Christmas gift on Dec. 7. It still says "processing" on Dec. 19, and I have not received a reply to my emails or phone calls to find out if or when it will be here. Total scam; wish I would have checked reviews before placing such a high dollar order.:-(
I ordered a UC blanket for my nephew's graduation. I was attracted by the fact it literally states on the website..."Most items ship from our warehouses in 2-4 business days. With standard delivery most items arrive in 7 - 10 business days, although in for many items it can be much faster, more like 3-5 business days"...as I was hoping to get the gift before his graduation celebration. I didn't get it in time, which didn't surprise me, as I knew I was cutting it close, but I assured my nephew I'd have it when he came to visit at the end of the month.
Three emails and one voicemail later, my order still says Processing (It states the product is in-stock, so that should not be the issue.), and nobody has returned my messages. My nephew will be here next weekend, so I am now disputing the charge and will order the same blanket from Rally House in hopes he has it next weekend.
I'm not a complainer; however, to be completely ignored is just not okay if you want to run a successful business. Even if the blanket was going to take longer to get here, RESPOND AND LET ME KNOW, so I know if I need to replace the gift or not. I've taken screenshots of the item indicating it is in-stock, as well as of my order confirmation that STILL says processing. (I ordered on June 5...it is now June 23.)
I rarely write negative reviews; however, I would not recommend this company, especially if you are depending on their shipping advertisement to be truthful/legit or value good customer service.:-(

I placed an order on 1/10/17, got an e-mail confirming my order with an order number. Was expecting it to show up at my folks while I was visiting them for a belated Christmas gift. Can't get anyone to answer phone and the voice mail is full with a message that says to contact them by e-mailing an address that can not be delivered. I replied to my confirmation e-mail to see where my order is, but haven't gotten a reply. When I log in to my account on the site, there is nothing listed under orders placed in the past 1 month? If I don't hear back today, I will call Discover and dispute the charges, Hope I get a resolution!

Regret Review Update 7/25/19. I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau as well as my credit card company.
Simply not true, item ordered was out of stock and back ordered, buyer requested a refund and was refunded in full. We did not steal 1 cent from this buyer.
Purchased a bike through Sears website from StadiumAllStar. I erroneously ordered the wrong size, so that's on me. Tried contacting StadiumAllStar with no success. Sent bike back and still have not received refund or any notice! Do not order from Sears, since they have washed their hands of this issue. And do not order anything from StadiumAllStar! Now I am out $121 and a bike! Shop somewhere else!
I am not one to complain, but Stadium All Stars is a very sleazy operator. They charged my credit card 6 weeks ago, no word on my order and no way to contact them. There is mo reason to order from them as there are many options available.
Worst Customer Service ever - Bad Service... I paid and placed an order on 8/09/2017, today is 8/28/2017 still have not received it. I can not get a response from them. I've emailed them several times they do not give a $#*! about their customers. I got ripped off...

What a bunch of nonsense. Buyer used a PO Box as the delivery address, site very clearly notes the items cannot be delivered to an PO Box. We sent her a message asking for a good deliverable address. Fedex cannot and will not deliver to a PO Box. When she responded with a good delivery address the item was produced, shipped and delivered on time as noted in the listing.
I ordered an item 7 days ago. My card was charged the same day, but I have yet to see tracking or an order update. I have tried calling and emailing. The email link is wonky and doesn't work. I have worked in online retail and customer service. I understand it takes time... but 7 days? For a simple response or status update? And I see the professional responses they are leaving to reviews on this site. Now I understand why I am getting no response. Merry Christmas Stadium Allstars...
What a bunch of nonsense, we have no idea who this person is, no email from anyone with this name in last 2 weeks. As very clearly noted on the listing all orders ship within 5-10 days, what kind of person intentionally tries to harm others less than 1 week after placing an order. Apparently she thinks she is entitled to overnight shipping. Simply unbelievable.
I purchased a bike from stadium all star and 3 days later I cancelled. The reason why I cancelled is because I noticed that the money for the bike was already posted to my credit card before a shipping notification was received. That itself is questionable. 4 days after I cancelled a received a shipping confirmation email stating the bike was on the way. When I emailed stadium all star regarding their confusion, they denied responsibility for them shipping the bike anyways and are still attempting to involve me in their problem. Shaking my head...
Just scrolling through the reviews and just wanted to be sure before I spent $450 on a sand pump system for my pool if I will be scammed out of my money. This is slot of money and if Stadium cannot guarantee my order I will take my business elsewhere. Seeing as you have lots of negative reviews I would like to be the change and indeed leave a positive review. Stadium can you back this purchase?

I went to do an order there. There was a misunderstanding about the order and refund. A couple of days I received an email demanding that I take down my bad review of them, they implied that I have no integrity if I didn't take it down. Not only that but they left quite a few nasty comments on both reviews I did saying that I am fake and made the assumption that I was trying to steal. Not the case at all. It is so unprofessional that this company is doing this and I want everyone to know, from a real person, that they do not treat their customers right. They have no good reviews and are not even rated by the BBB. Their prices are decent but their service sucks, I would rather go to a pawn shop or shop on amazon for a more expensive items then shop with them.
Here is the truth, the person orders an item and uses a false information when submitting payment, her credit card is declined. The banks ran a pending authorization to see if her card was good and it was not, why do people enter fake false information for an online credit card purchase? She then enters another transaction running her card again with different information, the card is authorized, although the item she orders is very clearly marked currently unavailable. The order is cancelled. No funds ever transferred. The pending authorizations were voided. A day later she goes to the BBB site and files a false claim stating that we stole her money. Just flat out not true! No funds ever transferred! 99% of the population knows that when you run your credit card the banks check to see if the information matches the info they have on file. They do that to stop fraud. All that she had was pending authorizations which were voided. She attacked us on the BBB site making false claims. We did respond to her false claim on BBB and the BBB agreed 100% with us. We will defend our business against all these people who use this trash site to try to harm others.
Went to google and found the Braves World Series Flag on this site for a great price, I ordered and received the item in less than 1 weeks. Its awesome, service was great and the price even better - 5 Stars!
Unless ASAP means when ever they remember to do it. Placed an order on August 14th and it shipped Sept 3rd. Oh, but they took my money real quickly! F them up and down. Pathetic service for an internet based company in 2015.
Placed an order and 3 weeks later have yet to hear anything about the order. After numerous attempts to contact the company through email and a phone number I found online, the voicemail box seems unattended, I've not received a reply.
I ordered a bicycle for my daughter's birthday on 9/11. The status of the order is still "processing." My daughter keeps asking me if it is coming, and I have no answer for her. I have emailed StadiumAllstar twice, and have not received any response. I am writing this on 9/30, and still no update. If there are delays, I can totally understand... but please don't keep your customers in the dark. I will give a few more days before getting BBB involved. I also wish I had seen these reviews, but I was so excited to find the exact bike my daughter wanted, I made the purchase in a hurry. Order # is ******* - placed on 9/11 at10:36 AM PDT. If I can get any sort of update, or better yet, the product I ordered, I will happily write a more favorable review.
