I ordered a bicycle for my daughter's birthday on 9/11. The status of the order is still "processing." My daughter keeps asking me if it is coming, and I have no answer for her. I have emailed StadiumAllstar twice, and have not received any response. I am writing this on 9/30, and still no update. If there are delays, I can totally understand... but please don't keep your customers in the dark. I will give a few more days before getting BBB involved. I also wish I had seen these reviews, but I was so excited to find the exact bike my daughter wanted, I made the purchase in a hurry. Order # is ******* - placed on 9/11 at10:36 AM PDT. If I can get any sort of update, or better yet, the product I ordered, I will happily write a more favorable review.
Placed an order and 3 weeks later have yet to hear anything about the order. After numerous attempts to contact the company through email and a phone number I found online, the voicemail box seems unattended, I've not received a reply.
Three weeks after ordering and not receiving my item (an MLB foldable chair), I emailed them for status. They respond two days later saying:
HI,
Thank you for the purchase, although we are very sorry to let you know that this item is currently unavailable.
At this time, we will have to cancel the order.
Many unavailable items do allow back orders although this one is not expected in stock for at least 30+ days.

They did issue a refund, but only after I contacted them. I will not visit this site again.
I placed an order on 3/31/20. So far it has not shipped and is still showing "processing". I let it go for a long time due to Covid, but have not yet received any communication from them regarding shipping or backorders. I still would really like to receive the product that I ordered and will happily change this to a positive review upon receiving communication. Thank you. Order #*******.
Placed an order and after 10 days nothing ever happened. I emailed them asking when my item was going to be shipped they never responded. So I emailed them a few days later asking to cancel my order they still never responded... after 2 weeks of wasted time I purchased it elsewhere.
I have to laugh at the comments from stadiumallstars under all the reviews. Basically blaming the consumer! Do not order from these thieves! I ordered items from them 2 months ago and my PayPal was charged that day! I never received the items. They will not answer the phone. Will not return emails. And would not respond to paypal's communication requests. I was awarded my refund via PayPal dispute! Save yourself the trouble. Do not do business with these crooks! I'd give them zero stars if I could!
I read the reviews before I would consider ordering from the company.
1. Buissness response is very unproffessional.
- a response calling customers "loser, 1%,... hide behind their computers, etc."
A. Never degrade a customer
B. Your sales will definitely decline with this response
C. Deflect negative comments and redirect with positive feedback such as "I will look into and investigate the situation and get back to you"
2. Never give a customer an EXCUSE.
A. Nobody wants to hear an excuse, only a resolution to the problem.
B. If someone is making up these negative comments, don't fall into the game. Give resolution, have them call to resolve. Don't lose your cool.
The buissness response is definitely hurting your business. Myself and 4 others looked elsewhere in the past hour because we read the reviews and the only thing that stood out was the business response. To improve either properly train or terminate...
We have not idea who Ray C. Is, just a flat out lie! This site is designed for people to hide behind their computers and intentionally try to harm a business. Ray is very likely a competitor.
I ordered on 8/26/20 and still have not received my order. I can not get in touch with them to find out the status of my order. I will never order from them again and I don't advise anyone too either.
These people take a month to ship an order I had cancelled weeks before, I emailed them multiple times to get a cancellation and they take my money anyway a month later! Don't do business with these people.
I will update my review if Stadium AllStar does what Fed Ex has requested and launches an investigation to find my package. I am not sure why they are refusing to launch an investigation, that is a little concerning. I placed my first order with Stadium AllStar for a tailgate tent. I asked for it to be delivered to the name of my company, my name, and then my address since we have 5 different businesses that share the same address in the strip mall. I called right after my order said it was delivered since I didn't get it and asked who signed for it and where it was delivered. Since Fed Ex is saying it was delivered to the numerical address (not the full requested delivery address) and it was signed for that it was delivered. It was delivered to the wrong company and someone else took it, and all Stadium All-star has to do is request the delivery be investigated so that this situation can be righted and they are refusing to do anything more. They keep sending me an email telling me that Fed Ex says it was delivered and it was signed for. It concerns me that they aren't trying to make things right and do what is right by the customer.
I ordered a painted stone Crimson Tide Big Al Mascot. It said it would take 4 weeks to ship. OK, I knew that up front. However, The Labor Day weekend fell within that time frame. I e-mailed the day after the holiday to ask about an estimate on shipping time. They answered me within 2 hours. They said they expected it to ship in a week or so. It shipped 3 days later. I received it 2 days after that. It was extremely well packaged. I tlooks just like the picture. I am extremely well pleased
Ordered an 185.00 item. Never received it and they stole the money. I will file with States Attorney General and BBB. They answer the reviews with a total lie. Stay away from these creeps. They will get theirs!
I purchased an item and never received it. I emailed them and they claimed they notified me it was no longer available but it was taken out of my bank and I received an email on confirmation of purchase. Bad service.
Not True - Buyer purchased an item very clearly marked Currently Unavailable - No Funds were ever transferred. She was sent a message on the 9th very clearly letting her know that the item was not available. She is just part of that 1% of society that hides behind their computer and makes us stories.
I ordered an OU canopy for football game tailgate parties on July 24,2017. Today is rew out of moneycAugust 17th and still not received my order. I've called 3 or 4 times and emailed 3 or 4 times and still no response. At this point I'd just like my $152 back. I'm sure Mike K their representative will say I'm a liar too as he's done for everyone else that has had a bad experience. I guess I'll file my complaint with BBB too. Makes me angry that I got screwed out of my hard earned money.

What a bunch of nonsense, buyer tried to purchase an item very clearly marked "CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE" That means it is out of stock. 99.99% of people understand what currently unavailable means. No payment was ever transmitted and no funds ever transferred, transaction was voided.
I ordered a golf bag as a Christmas present in Dec 2019. Every month until July, I would check on it and it was backordered. In July I finally cancelled it but can't a refund. The company charged my card right away but now won't refund my money.
Ordered $600 worth of towables and ropes for grandkids. Site says shipped asap from manufacturer... I recieved 1 towables after 2 weeks. No ropes no other 2 towables... but they've taken my money... they won't answer the phone or respond to emails
Carl is just simply no telling the truth. He knows it! He ordered 3 rafts - 2 WOW big boys which were out of stock. And 1 WOW WIld Ride. We sent him an email letting him know that the Big Boys were out of stock and asked if he wanted the ropes and Wild Ride Shipped. He responded to our email and told us to ship the instock raft. It was shipped and delivered. We sent him another message letting him know that the ropes were on the way. The total sale was $322 not $600. We have cancelled and recalled the shipment now for the ropes and refunded the $54 for them. Everyone knows that virtually every person who gets on this worthless site just makes up stories. Just another case here.
Horrible. I ordered a golf bag and I have tried to get ahold of anyone by phone or email and no one responds. Due to the lack of response and my order saying processing for 16 days, I emailed asking for a refund and cancel my order, I have yet to hear back or see my money. I would love to give the benefit of the doubt, but no one answers. If I could give zero stars, I would.
This company has the $#*!tiest customer service I've ever seen, if hitler had customer service this would be it, and the stuff on the website is overpriced even if they have it on "sale" it's like the khols of the Internet, never buying from them again.
I placed an order and received a confirmation email with order number. After a week I checked website for details and it showed that I never placed an order. There was no phone number to call although I did track one down but when I called it said to email them instead and I couldn't leave a message because the mailbox was full. I did email them and got a response a saying they were out of stock and that it showed this under the price of the item I wanted to buy. Funny thing is, I looked up my item and it showed that it was available and in stock. It was a Christmas gift and I wouldn't have known I wouldn't be receiving it had I not contacted them. Do not order from this website.
