I opened a claim with PayPal since I e-mailed the company so many times stating I never received my package. They quickly provided the tracking number through PayPal though. I tried contacting them again via e-mail, no response.
Then, I decided to open a claim with the BBB to try to get a response. The individual responded saying what I was saying was crazy and that I never e-mailed them. I attached the e-mail to my response and they came back saying "I have no idea what e-mail they sent that to because we never received anything"
The person I dealt with was rude and told me I needed to contact FedEx in regards to my missing package. I contacted FedEx and they stated that the company is the one that deals with a reshipment or a refund. I contacted the company through BBB again and they have refused to take any additional action.
Horrible customer service and unwilling to work with their customers. I never received my package and am out over $66 dollars.
Not sure why I'm just seeing their response now, but FedEx didn't take responsibility for the "lost" golf bag, because it was NEVER shipped. Tracking numbers don't lie. The shipment was canceled by the company less than a day after it was created. And as far as me accepting their apology, one was NEVER offered because I waiting a week for a response to an email I sent, and another week for a response to a phone message I left because they NEVER answer their phones. And I'M the one hiding behind a computer? Paypal had to investigate and refund my money, because this business is nothing but thieves, liars, and cowards.
Sent me an email saying they shipped my $152 item with a tracking number. I looked up the tracking number, and it said information had been sent to FedEx. I looked up the tracking number the next day, and it said shipment was cancelled by seller. I emailed them, waited a week, no response. I called them, got voicemail in middle of day, waited a week, no response. Filed a claim through PayPal, they investigated, and refunded me my money.

I ordered from stadium all star and they charged my credit card 6 times over 1200. 00 in charges. That is my wedding fund. And theh will not get back to me. But the have no problem taking my money..

Robert is just another person telling lies and hiding behind his computer. Buyer was sent upgraded 2017 version of the cooler ordered. The flat out lie that we have not responded to is simply a lie and he knows it. Don't shop on this website (Stadiumallstar.com). In May I attempted to buy my husband a camp chair for Fathers day & our annual 4th of July camp trip.
When the chair never arrived I tried to track it, the website showed I had never placed an order. Even though I was sent a receipt & an order number. The order # apparently was fake as I wasn't able to track it on their website.
I emailed them regarding this, no one ever got back to me.
*There isn't a contact # for customer service on the site. Red flag 1.

*There IS a spot to 'edit' your review... but if you can't post one, you can't edit it. Flag #3.

I was able to track down a phone # thru my bank. The mailbox was full so I couldn't leave a message. The outgoing message referred me to email them for customer service. Did that, got no response until I threatened to go to the Better Business Bureau. Michael Kennedy, the business owner had the response of ''they won't do anything, don't contact me again".
Never once did he apologize or attempt to make it right. No mention of refunding my money, $42.99 to be exact. No mention of sending another one. Nothing. I even sent him proof from my credit union that the payment had been processed.
He took my money. I never got the chair.
Save your money folks, go somewhere else.
100% flat out false, the order was voided because the credit card information she submitted was determined by the banks to not match the information on file with her card processor. The banks flagged the transaction as a high fraud risk - the payment was declined, no funds were ever transferred.
This company should be shut down by BBB, they charge customers for products they do not have and then when you contact for a refund I was told I was never charged but its very clear I was charged on my statements and they are not offering a refund please do not get tricked this website is not worth the time and headache i'm being very honest please shut down this scam website
Complete nonsense, buyer was not charged anything. He purchased an item very clearly marked CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE. To most people they understand that it means the item is unavailable to ship and is not in stock. The site allows back orders so it accepts orders for future shipment, just like 99% of other sites. When he posted his payment the banks run a pending authorization to make sure the method of payment is valid. It then very clearly posts as pending on his statement, just like 100% of all other transactions. No payment is actually made until the transaction is posted and clears. The transaction was voided and the pending authorization will be removed by his bank soon.

100% Flat out Lie, we spoke to Ashley on the phone, the truth is that she placed 6 orders for $200 each using a credit card which was declined by the banks 6 times. No money was ever transferred the banks just ran an authorization request each time to see if the card information she entered was valid. It was not and the banks declined her card 6 times.
