Why don't you actually send your products?
Why is your support less than effective?
Why is your website unfathomable?
When is my product going to arrive?
That should do for a start.
This is a scam site. They offer a coupon when signing up, but they don't deduct it. You are not able to cancel the order and delivery time is one month!
I loathe email lists, but StackSocial is one daily email I get excited to see hit my inbox. Always something cool, some nifty gadget or necessary app, at bargain-basement prices... with no shoving required! I try to keep my shopping impulse under control, but StackSocial manages to make me lose it every now and then - who can resist 80% off? Even better than their deals though is their amazing support - on a few occasions I've emailed them to ask a question about a product before purchase, and I always get a very prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable response. On the rare occasions that I didn't get a reply (almost) immediately, I suspect it's because they went and tore the product apart to figure out the answer... I love these guys!
UPDATE: I did read some of the negative reviews here and frankly I don't understand - I've been a very happy StackSocial customer for a few years now - I average maybe one purchase every month or so (both gadgets and software for my Mac) and I've NEVER had any problems either redeeming activation codes for software or receiving stuff in the mail. And I've ALWAYS gotten a prompt and personal reply when I've emailed them. I realize that everyone's experience may be different, but I've always had a positive experience with StackSocial.
Purchased a iklips 64 Gb iphone back up drive. It didn't work, numerous times I communicated only to have the same questions asked. Very frustrating. IDrop support heros communicated with me over the many months with no assistance from iKlips. Finally, iKlips said they would and that they did send out a replacement of the iKlips drive. They didn't. After probably 6 months or so, iDrop/support heros said they issued a full refund. I was happy with that as that is what I wanted when the drive would not work no matter what I tried. Thumbs up that I got a refund (or promised one at least) Thumbs down for iKlips for they offered very poor customer support
Notwithstanding the "all sales final" small type, I was not pleased with an item I purchased (partly because English was clearly not the first language of the person who wrote the instructions). The nice folks at StackSocial refunded my money anyway. That is the type of customer service that will bring me back and encourage me to make more purchases.
I did ask you for activation license not promotional code, people up there seems to not understanding nothing about their sells. But in the end after half day waiting I manage to get the license to activate the program.
I have purchased multiple bundles from the site back to 2013 and they were originally easy to access, but now n suddenly my purchases have disappeared and the courses which remain are not accessible! I got no response from neither StackSkills, and Support Heros (online support group) told me go resolve my issue with the vendors because they do not know how to fix the problem! The LIFETIME access on the website is a lie. Do not buy from StackSkills. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Originally I got a VPN that was advertised to do something it didn't. They responded no refunds when I send them a paragraph explaining the issue. I responded back "okay, that is all I needed to do a charge back". Then they offered me credit. I took it and ordered some light bulbs that worked with an app and changed colors. POS bulbs, horrible reviews on the android app. Wasted about 50 with them total and learned my lesson.
I cannot find out how to leave a rating on a product purchased. All the items have star feedback with how many have left feedback but I am unsure if it is made up because I can't figure out how to leave it on products I have purchased.
I rated them two stars because I did receive both my items, its just that both were POS and didn't work as expected. The lights don't even work on new android phones, I had to dig out a 3 year old tablet to use them. Its not worth my time to argue with them again. Just leave feedback anytime I see them pop up on slickdeals or Facebook.
I tried to register with a website with a coupon I purchased from Stacksocial.com, the coupon did not work and the website was throwing an error. I contacted Stacksocial support who call themselves Your support hero put the blame on my internet browser and/or the device I am using, I tired four different Internet Browsers and three different devices(Windows, Android and iPhone), but nothing worked. The support hero final suggestion was that I should google the error myself and fix it!
At that point I asked for a full refund, but of course never heard back.
Stay away and save your money
Be aware that the terms and conditions say that you can't get a refund if you purchase via a third party, such as the regular deals on sites like Gizmodo. I failed to realise this - it would have been illegal under Australian law where you cannot remove consumer protections through T&Cs. Their ticketing system is the only way to contact them on their website and you must have an order number from their site rather than a purchase through a third party to lodge a ticket. Given that a very large bulk of their sales must come through these regular promotions and they are leaning on the veneer of respectability from the company they're offering deals through this is a pretty shonky way to do business.
Although the software did not work, StackSocial came through in the end with a refund but it took posting here and on the BBB site to get any action.
Company sold software that will not work on my computer and now won't provide a refund. I bought 2 licenses and redeemed only one.
The party line is if we offered refunds, customers could make purchases, redeem the assets, ask for a refund, and walk away with free software.
Well that's fine for the activation key I used but what about the one I did not redeem? They should provide a refund for that. Even of the software was at a steeply discounted price, maybe it needs to be if it doesn't work. Will not buy from them again. Customer service responded fairly quickly with no remedy.
Product is great, and my dealing with customer service was quick and more than cordial.

Could not follow the videos and the teaching, it was too robotic and not enough explaining how to the the things that i was supposed to do plus the accent was giving me a headache.
I bought a $130 turntable from them and it did not work. The speed was uneven and the manufacturer (Crosely) said to return it for a full refund where I purchased it.
I purchased it From Stack Social and they do not accept returns. Not even for a door stop like this thing.
The worst... I am never going to buy a thing from them again.
I don't mind paying fifty or even one hundred bucks to actually learn something. However, the linstructors in Stackskills are very irresponsible and only cover tip of iceberg while leaving the rest for you to figure out. The so called instructor in my case is "lazyprogrammer" who seems like a nice guy. My biggest problem is that he is very inexperienced of teaching and he is kinda lazy trying to teach you anything useful.
Bottom line: you will waste both money and time on stackskills. They do not offer real knowledge there.
Great stuff. Ships quickly. No problems. Support a vet.

Charged my credit card but the redeem code they sent was bogus. Three weeks and numerous emails to "customer service" has done nothing. AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COST!
Non refundable,
Sold me goods, charged my CC, and when I went to redeem, the offer was different, and they wanted my CC again
Bait and switch
Ordered an item and never even received an invoice. They deducted the funds the day the order was placed in exchange for NOTHING. When I attempted to contact the company they took over 10 days to respond and did not resolve my issue. I still do not have my item, 35 days later, no order, no invoice and no record on my account of my purchase. They have had my money for over 30 days and again, given me nothing. Most reputable online companies will not take your money (it would be in pending status) until your item is in a box with a UPS label slapped on it. I had to dispute the charge through my bank. It's not that $60 is the end of the world, but I think they bank on people just not bothering to follow up, which is opportunistic and shady AF. DO NOT USE! I wish I could give them no stars. Not to mention, they do not care about your privacy as another customer's information got crossed with mine.
Answer: It took a long time and the intervention of PayPal, but I got a refund--finally--for an item that was never delivered (because it was never sent.) The range of scores for this business makes me wonder why some people get good service and others are ignored--even defrauded.
Answer: They don't want to interact with anyone. You'll get these ridiculous emails from their "Support Heroes" team. They are all cut and paste nonsense, and they deny any responsibility for their vendors. I was only able to get action by working with my credit card company to reverse the charges because of the scam they pulled (item they advertised was not what they actually sold). As a precaution, I also advised my credit card company to automatically deny charges from them. My advice is to NEVER risk buying from them. It's like your mama always told you: "If it sounds too good to be true, it isn't."
Answer: Hi Humberto, We would love to help you on this. Please contact us at https://support.stackcommerce.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Answer: I responded to an ad. Very stupid of me, and i will never do that again!
Answer: They have no customer service, just form letters. No matter how often you email them, you will get no response that makes sense. They have no way of contacting them except emails.
Answer: Clearly playing numbers game. Probably making their own positive reviews. No one stopping them. Internet scammers.
