First time to use this service

Hi
Just to let you know this was the first time to use this service and I was very happy with how it all worked. Living in Ireland it can be frustrating when items you want to purchase on line cannot be delivered to your country. Using Stackry over came this and was cheaper when compared to other shipping methods.

Amazing Service

I use Stackry as some vendors do not ship to South Africa where I live.

I usually never have a problem receiving my Stackry shipments but this time my package was delayed by South African Customs for almost a month. Stackry Support team was always on hand keeping me informed and updated. With there help my package was cleared and all my Christmas gifts arrives just in time.

I swear they best be making you Customer Support of The World. I love getting emails from you because you're so polite and courteous that it just makes me want to find things to ship to japan.

You've solved every problem I've encountered, not due to Stackry, and have make it resolute every single time.

Working with you through these processes makes me feel as if I'm working with a best friend, finding a way to send cupcakes from Alaska to South Africa in a wedding that's kicking off in 8 hours. That's how much of an impact you make with every concern.

I can't state my appreciation more greatly but great job! I know it will come a time that I'm frustrated with a misprinted invoice or an ugly locker picture but so far, you've made me love Stackry.

Please keep up the good work and I'm glad a fellow employee has directed me to this site as your hardwork is appreciated.

Not to bash another company but my previous forwarding service was horrible. I know the name of it will soon come to me but I think I purposely forgot about them like a bad ex girlfriend. Maybe... Blinx or something similar. It's of no relevance but I will be sure to not only praise this service amongst my fellow military members but I will be sure to post my admiration on social media.

I did extensive research on reviews before choosing Stackry for our redirecting shipping needs. I have a international parcel delivered 2 months with Stackry. Excellent service, every time. The Stackry team ensures all my Australian customs paperwork that I supply (in advance) is attached to my parcels prior to shipment and my parcels have arrived (hassle free) within a few days, every time. Shipping from USA isn't cheap but Stackry provides excellent service and deals in shipping that are cheaper than going direct to couriers so I'm happy. Stackry is my one-stop-locker that makes it possible for me to access health product brand choices that are simply not available in Australia. Now I don't have to feel disappointed when I find a brilliant product that does not ship outside of USA because I know I can still ship it over with Stackry if I want to. The Stackry staff are always extremely polite and helpful and Vince patiently walked me through the entire process when I first joined. Their shipping calculator makes it so easy for me to plan my budget. It's honestly the one service I would not experiment with or change because Stackry has proved to me that I get what I paid for, namely: consistently reliable and excellent service. Thanks Stackry team.

Very good experience with Stackry

When i found stackry and wanted to have my first experience with them. I was really worried because I heard lot of people always complaining in case parcel forwarder companies. They lost their parcels or got them damaged.
I can assure you they will do everything you need to lower your cost and secure your parcels.

It worths to try them at least for one time.

First time using stackry and wasn't to sure what to expect, but that changed VERY quickly!
From my 1st of 4 packages been sent to them they always kept me informed when they arrived and also when my packages were approaching the 45 day free period.
Easy and super fast consolidation through using their super simple website. My consolidated package was put into a smaller box to save on postage, I then got to choose from a list of freight companies (DHL international express, Fedex etc) then shipped to me in Australia which only took just 4 Days! That's bloody GOLD mate... you're a ripper of a company.
I will definitely be doing more business through you blokes, and I Definitely with a capital D Recommend these Stackry bunch to ANYONE! I'm a very happy camper, time for a beer... Cheers Stackry I'll drink 3 for you

I have been using the service for well over two years now and my last experience wasn't too great but with the incredible customer service I received from a Mr. Vincent Paz, I was very pleased by the care my issue received. They apologized and it has been sorted.
Although the new website is still a bit frustrating to use, I hope they bring back some of the old features, bring a live chat on the website and the facility to see the boxes like they were before, UI wise, it was better in the past.

Stackry attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Terrible

Didn't consolidate when they said they had. Way more expensive than if i'd just shipped packages direct. Customer support had no idea. You don't get a shipping quote till the packages arrive so your stuck. Don't know how they stay in business

They charged very expensive shipping fees when you want to ship to Myanmar. They asked for additional fees when you actually shipped your item( in addition to shipping price listed on the consolidated items on their website).

I have been using Stackry a little over a year, I was very happy until their prices started going up, both their shipping prices and some services, also this new site interface has a lot of bugs and it's somewhat complicated compared to the old interface. Their response time has also gone up and lastly, I noticed that some of the most recent parcels I've received have not been well packed, which led to some damaged products.

Pros:

- No membership or monthly fees;
- 45 days free storage;
- A US phone number to go with your address (a lot of stores ask for a US number);
- Ships parcels really fast after they're paid for;

Negatives:

- Prices have gone up;
- Consolidation fee (it's 2 dollars per package but it adds up);
- Parcels are not very well packed anymore;
- Support is taking longer to respond;
- New interface has a few bugs and it's complicated compared to the old one;

Their service is still pretty decent but it has declined a lot.
