ان تكلفة الشحن يتم حسابها بناء على أبعاد ووزن الشحنة, حيثث يتم حساب الوزن الحجمي للشحنة ومن ثم مقارنته مع الوزن الحقيقي ( الوزن الحجمي يتم حسابه من خلال ضرب ابعاد الشحنة مع بعضها ومن ثم تقسيمها على معامل الشحن 166)
ويتم حساب تكلفة الشحن بناء على القيمة الاكبر, لان هذه الطريقة هي التي يتم محاسبتنا بها من قبل شراكائنا في شركات الشحن

I ordered some tools that are not on the Stackry's prohibited item list and are not restricted in any way from shipping. I was informed after ordering that they have decided that my tools are prohibited based on a definition of these tools that they have made up. They would now not ship my items and I have lost all my money. The person on the live chat with me was incredibly rude ending the conversation by saying their definition was the only one that mattered despite disagreeing with the legal definition. I complained via email and the same person I was on the phone to replied to the email complaining about him! Incredibly unprofessional.

I've reviewed the communication you've had with our team and do see that our prohibited items list was referred to numerous times, as well as the reiteration that it is our company policy that we cannot and will not ship firearm parts or accessories. We do classify these items you were requesting to ship as such, and would absolutely have informed you of this had there been communication prior to placing your order with the retailer. I understand the stance that generally speaking the items themselves may not be restricted from being shipped internationally, however it is our company policy, which yes we do make up ourselves as that is how company policies are manifested, to not ship them, and therefore we must stand by it. Additionally, when items like these have been shipped from our warehouse in the past, we have had carriers return them due to being prohibited or restricted by their standards, which is part of why we have this policy now in place. I appreciate and acknowledge that this is disappointing to you and not what you expected when arranging a shipment with us. Our prohibited items list is our own, and I'm sure if you checked other shippers and forwarders you would find both similarities and differences with regard to what some companies can and will ship, versus others.
To speak to your points regarding losing all your money and not offering a refund I would ask, have you contacted the retailer yet to arrange for the return of the items so you can be refunded accordingly? We cannot offer a refund on products we did not sell, and this is not a claim, so the refund you would be searching for would be coming from the retailer you ordered from, not from us. You certainly do not need to lose all your money on this, and I see we have explained how we can assist with returning the items so that you can receive the reimbursement you desire. Unfortunately we are not able to arrange all of this for you ourselves, but we will absolutely be happy to play our role in the return process to help come to a resolution. Everything works well but just the dimensional weight really cause the actual shipping to be too pricey over what i budgetted

This is a fair observation, as there are many shipments that are billed on the dimensional weight as opposed to the actual weight. Our carriers charge us off of dimensional weight or actual weight, whichever is higher. So with us, the size of your parcel can determine the billable weight of your shipment. We do have processes in place to help lower dimensional weight, such as a repack ($5) or consolidation ($2 per package). This is how our customers save the most money. Unfortunately there are times when the contents of the shipment will only allow for so much reduction in dimensional weight after those process play out, so it is possible for our consolidators to be limited in that regard, too. Compared to our competitors, we also have no membership or receiving fees, free 45 day storage, and 0% US sales tax when you purchase items to be delivered to your locker (because we are in tax-free New Hampshire).

You shipping price are bull$#*!, you charged me $5 to consolidate my package but this didn't change the shipping price at all so I will not be using you again and will never recommend you to anyone. It would have been cheaper to buy my items from a scalper on ebay then go through you, at least the shipping would be reasonable.

I looked into the matter, and while we stand by our shipping prices being competitive within the industry, you have every right to be upset with the $5 repacking fee you were charged. I say this because I see the repack resulted in no difference in the size of box needed to ship your items to you, thus no change in the carrier costs. We have procedures in place so that when this type of situation occurs the repacking fee is not billed to the customer, however I can see those steps were not taken with regard to your shipment. I've escalated this with the proper department in the warehouse so it is addressed, and submitted an incident report so it can be handled accordingly. The $5 paid towards the repack has also been refunded to you to account for this error, which you should see on your side within 5-7 days, possibly sooner.
To address your point on buying and shipping your items from an individual on eBay, yes, the shipping fees paid to a seller or retailer will always be cheaper than the shipping fees we charge. Merchants are able to offer low shipping rates because they are making a profit from the item, whereas we make our profit on providing shipping services as we are not selling the items ourselves. Answer: The restrictions are on these types of items are dependent on what country you are shipping to. It is always best to check with your local customs office on what can be shipped before shopping in the U.S. The specific restrictions will vary by country. For example on your list perfume has the tightest restrictions which are based on the ‘flash point’ of the perfume.
