I can see that you shipped a 12 pound package with us and paid on dimensional weight. When dimensional weight exceeds scale weight, the shipping price is calculated using the dimensional weight. This is standard for international shipments. Our customers see the most cost savings using our consolidation service to combine multiple parcels and items together, with the goal of creating a shipment that is billed by the scale weight. Many of our customers find this to be a helpful tool when planning their orders and shipments. Additionally, we have a full pricing page on our website that lists the fees related to the services we offer, to help further gage those potential shipping charges.
